Cippenham is in the suburbs of Slough,which has a fine shopping centre,swimming pool and ice skating rink.There are many different restaurants in Slough and the surrounding area including Indian,Chinese,Italian,plus those offering more traditional British food.There is a big supermarket only 5 mins drive away from the house,selling everything from food to clothes to electrical goods so if you have forgotten to bring something don't worry!

Nearby places to visit are Windsor Castle, Ascot racecourse, Windsor racecourse,and of course London.For those with children Runnymede Pleasure Grounds(11km away) is great place for families,it has a paddling pool and children's rides, playground plus plenty of open space for them to run around!There is also a cafe on site selling fast food,drinks and ice cream.Nearby is Legoland,it has rides suitable for those aged 12 years and under,while Thorpe park has some of the best roller coaster rides around!
During the summer there are many events held, particularly in Windsor,the Windsor Horse Show in May and Windsor Dog Show in July are just two of the best known both being international events.Whilst in Reading 48km away,there is the Reading(music) Festival held in August.

The cost of rental is payable in full preferably in cash on arrival, but if coming from abroad then a bank transfer for the full amount is to be paid no later than 1 week before arriving.Plus on the day of arrival a £100 cash deposit is payable to cover the cost of any breakages/damages/cleaning.This will be returned after an inspection has been made, if the house has been left clean,tidy and with no damages then it will be returned in full.If you simply wish to "get up and go" then the deposit will be retained in full to cover the cost of cleaning. Checkout time is 10.00.

Conditions

Smoking is not pernitted anywhere inside the property,however you can smoke outside in the garden if you wish.Guide dogs for the blind are allowed to stay.

For booking well in advance of arrival,a deposit of £100 is required.In the event of cancellation 29-56 days before, a refund of 50% will be given;15-28 days before 25%;and 0-14 10% refund.For weekday stays of 4 nights duration the rates are as follows:
01/01 - 31/05 Mon to Fri £300, 01/06 -31/08 Mon to Fri £360, 01/09-31/12 Mon to Fri £300
