"Very large, very clean flat in an excellent location"
We are a family of 5 traveling with our 3 grown children. This flat was especially appealing because of it's large size and 2nd bathroom.We had the master. Two of our kids slept in the 2nd bedroom that had bunks and one slept in the office off the hallway with a slip down sofa. It is very nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. Lots of space for clothes in the wardrobes in each bedroom. Also, it's location was ideal. Looking down the road a block to the sea. Steps to the Promenade on the seafront. Fantastic. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He met us at the flat and even helped take our luggage in. Upon arrival we found tea and sugar, a bag of chips, a bottle of rose in the fridge, dish soap, garbage & recycling bags, enough laundry detergent for the first few loads. We were very, very pleased. The unit is on a corner therefore, there is a breeze when the master bedroom window and main room windows are open. The unit is a semi-basement which we didn't mind at all except, it took a very long time for our towels and laundry to dry. I have let the owner know and he has mentioned a dryer is being put in to rectify this problem so that won't be an issue for future renters. Should make getting a load of laundry washed & dried very fast. Great price, great flat, great location. Enjoyed this flat very much. M.Gauci
