Property is fully equipped with all modern day luxuries. Large front sea view terrace is also equipped with a BBQ, deck chairs and dinner table & back terrace.
The Penthouse is situated just few steps away from the main building. And guests can make use of the indoor pool that it's heated in winter season (November till March), while enjoying the lovely view of the Sliema Promonade and on the other side the view of Maltese's building.
For Sunbathing (weather permitting), guests can make use of the outdoor pool while the children can play in the children's section of the outdoor pool. The Sunbathring area includes also sunbeds, umbrellas and pool towels.

The Sliema area
Sliema has a long stretch of rocky shoreline suitable for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. Various other watersports can be tried in Malta including sailing, water skiing, paragliding, wake boarding, jet biking and kayaking. There are some fantastic places in here to explore making it a great place for hiking, horseback riding and cycling, while the promenade is popular with joggers. There is plenty on offer in Malta for sports enthusiasts including an 18-hole golf course at the Royal Malta Golf Club in Marsa. This same club also offers miniature golf, swimming, tennis and squash. Visitors will find many places to dine in the resort including restaurants, bars and cafes. There are some great shops located in the area for self catering holidaymakers to purchase food and drink as well as souvenirs.
A trip to the Maltese capital city Valetta is well worthwhile as there are many historic buildings, palaces, churches, museums and galleries here. Visitors may also like to take a trip to the coastal resorts of St Paul’s Bay and Bugibba in the north of the island, where there is lots of nightlife and entertainment. Victoria is the main town on the island of Gozo and offers many interesting places to visit as well as good shops and restaurants.
