The 148m2 property offers 2 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor of the T10 block, offering sea views and a lovely perspective of the harbour across Fort Tigné. A dedicated parking place is included and the apartment comes with use of the stunning Tigné Point pool. NB The pool is officially open as a minimum from 1 June to 30 September, ie has loungers and life guard services provided, but can be used outside these dates.

Tigné Point is a distinctive blend of historic elegance with 21st century amenities. Situated on the tip of Sliema peninsular, the development offers seafront views together with an idyllic panorama of Fort Tigné and across to the iconic Valetta skyline.
The vehicle free complex offers a state of the art shopping centre, choice of restaurants and a spectacular pool and clubhouse all with views across Marsamxett harbour, home to the annual regatta.
Fort Tigné was built in 1782 to strengthen defence against sea borne attack for the peninsular. It's impressive walls and bastions are wonderfully integrated into the development at Tigné Point, with extensive manicured and beautifully landscaped walkways around the fort and the shoreline.
The extensive underground parking garage provides access to the shopping complex on three floors. The Point offers a broad range of shops, from fashion, bookstores, supermarket, restaurants cafe's and bars, as well as a Marks & Spencer food store and Debenhams. There is really no need to leave the peninsular, should you so wish.
The proximity of the sea can be fully enjoyed at Tigné Point. The Tigné North foreshore offers wonderful diving and swimming, while Tigné South has fair weather berthing facilities for boats and visiting yachts.

Sliema has a pleasant coastline, suitable for promenading, indented with small coves and smooth white rock beaches facing the clear blue sea. A ferry connects to Valletta and boat cruises set off around Grand Harbour, or further afield.

"Excellent location to explore Malta with stunning views from the pool"
We enjoyed a relaxing week from the fully equipped appartment. An excellent location to visit Malta from there, as you are conveniently located nearby the waterferry to take you to Valetta and a car park is provided to travel around with your rental car. Shops and many restaurants are within walking distance so you don't have to drive after a day of visits. The flat is only on the first floor, but you can watch the see from the terrace with dining table. The poolsite and amenities of the Tigne Point complex with stunning views on Valetta is however the ideal place to relax after a tiring day. Take into account that for the next year probably you will still have construction work next door at the side of the bedrooms. However, they do not use the heavy machinery before 11:00 AM.

"We didnt want to leave the apartment!"
I work at Spain Select in Spain, which is the leader luxury and design apartment rental company in Madrid and I felt like this apartment could be one of ours. Living area and rooms are spacious, bright and well designed. Location is perfect, right at the city center of Sliema, in front of the sea and minutes away from shops, restaurants, The Mall and the ferry that connects with Valletta in 10 minutes. 2 big bathrooms in each bedroom, the terrace overlooking the sea and the fully equipped kitchen are perfect for a big,family staying a week. There is a minor detail -cleaning could be improved, specially the floor, we found hair from the guests before us and fluffs.

"Excellent apartment in excellent location"
Have just returned from our stay in this apartment and found it very comfortable, clean and equipped and furnished to a high standard. It was our first time in Malta and this was an excellent base to explore the many attractions. Parking is provided if you hire a car but it is also conveniently located to buses and the ferry if you want to use the good public transport system. The apartment is also close to shops and supermarkets as well as an abundance of good restaurants. The swimming pool was large and had a wonderful view of Valetta. There was so much to see that we were out much of the time but enjoyed breakfasts on the sunny patio and relaxing in the lounge after a busy day. We would be very happy to return Ps although as previous visitors have mentioned there are building works these did not disturb or interfere with our stay.

"Lovely stay, great location."
Very pleasant stay. Apartment had all the modern conveniences but a few items were missing (hair dryer and bowl for the salad spinner). Wifi was really handy to keep in touch with friends and family back home. Apartment is conveniently located near to shops and restaurants. Some issues with cleanliness but on the whole a light and airy, well equipped apartment.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we failed to achieve our normal standards during your stay. The missing items have been quickly replaced and the cleaners are fully aware of your comments (they missed a greasy pan in one of the cupboards). We offered to get the cleaners back in during your holiday, but you declined this.

"Very happy - will return!"
This apartement was perfect for us, a family of four with 2 children, 5 and 7 years old. It is large and has everything you need. Just next to the building is the Point shopping center where you can buy groceries and everything else that you need. Also some nice restaurants, one that could actually serve our very allergic 5-year-old pizza (his very first!!! And second, and third, and...) and pasta as well. Pool area is great, superb views of Valletta a few minutes walk away. To go to Valletta, btw, ten minutes walk and then a ferry for 8 minutes, very easy even with children. I want to buy this apartement, or at least visit again! (about the construction work mentioned earlier by someone else - yes it is still on-going. Noise never woke us up in the mornings, and we didn't actually notice the work except for during one of the seven days we spent. It is clear that the view must have been the best in the world BEFORE the construction work began, but it is still excellent!).

"superb location for great family holiday"
We arrived on Friday afternoon and were met by a very friendly guy who we called from the airport to say we had arrived. He met us at the plaza near the apartment and showed us around the accomodation which was spotless and very comfortable, with tasteful modern decor. We went mid August and the weather was fantastic. There is a shared pool at Tigne which never gets overcrowded so it is always relaxing and there is no fighting for sunbeds! There is a shopping centre across the plaza which was fantastic for our teenage daughters as it is very secure and in close proximity to the accomodation. In addition there is a supermarket there as well as an M&S simply food! In Sliema itself,just along the road, there are resturants,where you pay about the same as at home for pasta for 4. Sliema also has shops like topshop but also beautiful traditional buildings and churches. Valetta is seen from the pool and from Sliema while you walk along, where you can at all times see the beautiful St Pauls dome across the water. Buses are reliable but very slow but the numbers 11.12 and 13 get you to most places.Swimming with dolphins in mediterrano is great but the 'park' itself is quite tired looking and there is little else to see.We did snorkelling just near to the apartment, where the sea is really boyant and the water clear, so fish easily seen.Also recommend Blue Grotto on other side of Malta but plan your buses carefully-taxi too expensive. Overall a great holiday with loads to do for younger tennagers.
