Villa has large balconies and large verantas.Its surrounded by olive trees, almond trees and oak trees.It's accessed by road and it's reached in a7 mins drive from Glossa port(Loutraki).Loutraki has a nice beach and a good choice of cafes and tavernas.Also within 2 mins drive (or 13 mins walking) of the villa is the village of Glossa ,second largest on the island,with cafes tavernas ,where most necessities can be found.
Villa Maria O is a great choice for those who want a secluded location in pristine surroundings with unbeatable views.It's location near glossa and nearby beaches makes it convenient for all.

The Sporades/Evia region

Sporades islands consist of three islands (Skopelos, Skiathos and Alonissos), they are grouped together near Euboean coast of the Aegean sea.There are a lot of small and rocky unihabited islands around them.In this area there is the marine park of Sporades (protects the seal "monahous-monahous" and many kinds of seabirds).

Skopelos Island / Glossa area

The island of Skopelos is the greenest island almost in the Mediterranian sea with three quarters of it's ground being covered by the Mediterranean pine.
There are many lovely beaches around the island.
Glossa is the second large village on Skopelos located in the north-west side of the island.It's a traditional village with exelent view(to Skiathos and Evia islands and lovely sunsets) and preety cobbled streets.You can find tavernas , cafes and all the necessities you need(markets, doctor, post office,bank).Glossa is untouched by the mass tourism.
A few minutes down the road it's Glossa port(Loutraki).Here ther are several choises af tavernas, cafes and beach.

How to get there

On the island of Skopelos there are two ports :Glossa(clossest from Skiathos and the mainland and clossest from the villa)and Skopelos.
1.The easiest way:fly to Skiathos airport(JSI),and then from Skiathos hydrofoil or ferry to Glossa port or Skopelos.
2.Via Athens airport:-domestic flight to Skiathos and then hydrofoil or ferry to Glossa port or Skopelos.
- Bus from Athens centre to Agios Konstantinos and then hydrofoil or ferry to Glossa port or Skopelos.
- Private transfer from Athens to Agios Konstantinos and then hydrofoil or ferry to Glossa port or Skopelos.

3.Via the second largest city in Greece,Thessaloniki domestic flight to Skiathos or direct Flying Catamaran service to Skopelos.

The main entrance leads to a spacius sitting room , comfortably furnished with a traditional corner fireplace.the large windows face out to exelent view, the swimming pool and the forest.Villa is well appointed throughtout and fully air conditioned.On the ground floor there is the living room ,the fully equipped kitchen and 1 wc/shower with washing machine.
On the secind floor there are 3 bedrooms with traditional visible roofs all with wooden balkonies and exelend view.there is also a modern spacius wc with full sized jaccussi bath.

The french door leads to a wonderful large veranta with garden, a dining table for outdoor meals ,and the private swimming pool with sunbeds.
