Located just four miles from Settle in the picturesque village of Paythorne, is Fallow House. This new 'eco-build' stone semi-detached house has been lovingly developed by the owner to create a truly traditional feel, yet benefiting from modern methods of craftsmanship for your comfort. Fallow House is beautifully presented with accommodation for 8 guests. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor benefiting from an en-suite wet room, making it ideal for disabled or less able visitors. The first floor accommodates three further bedrooms each with their own private en-suite bathroom. Fallow House boasts a private patio area which is totally enclosed, making it ideal for both children and pets. There is also a spacious shared lawn area for your recreation

The Northern England / Yorkshire/Yorkshire Dales region

The Skipton / Paythorne area

Paythorne is ideally placed for exploring the 'Gateway to the Dales', lying just a few miles south of the A65 between Settle and Skipton. The village enjoys an array of amenities with its shop and pub. The picturesque dales town of Settle is just four miles away and hosts a traditional market on a Tuesday when you will find the village square bustling with market traders selling a wide range of goods including quality local produce. Malham Cove is easily accessible from Paythorne. Malham Cove is one of Britain's most impressive natural features and attracts many visitors. The famous town of Skipton lies just a short drive east of Paythorne and provides an enviable mixture of modern amenities combined with historical buildings and quaint cobbled streets where you can enjoy gift shops, tea rooms and restaurants.

“A thoroughly enjoyable experience!!” Just wanted to find somewhere to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday with our children and their wife/partner - somewhere nice and quiet but comfortable with places to visit whilst we were there. In Fallow house we found everything we wanted and much more. We will certainly be back and would highly recommend it to others.
