"I wish I had checked with the Tourist Board first - not of 4 star quality"

Thank you for your review. We were sorry to learn you felt that the property was unsuitable for you and the owner was disappointed that you did not raise any areas of concern with her during your stay. As you are aware, the owner responded to all of the points raised in your complaint which appeared to revolve around the property's suitability for your 3-legged dog. Regarding the 4* Tourist Board rating, the owner confirms that the property used to be registered however once we started to represent them there was no need to market it under the Visit Britain scheme also.

We are delighted to represent this quaint and quirky property which has been sympathetically restored to retain much of the original charm and character of the building. The Dairy receives a high level of bookings with many repeat customers and we have not received any other complaints regarding the staircase, driveway or equipment provision
