Skibbereen

This renovated farmhouse, 5 miles from Skibbereen, is set in a tranquil location, on its own grounds offering rustic charm. This is a perfect place for country lovers and walkers whatever the season - with a cosy house and a woodburner to return to after the day's activities. There is a village pub in pretty Caheragh, 1 mile away, and great restaurants and craft shops in Skibbereen, along with plenty more to amuse holidaymakers in this historic town. Bantry and Bantry House gardens are 10 miles away. A lovely place to stay if you want to get away from everyday hustle and bustle, but just a short drive to Vibrant and interesting places if you want to shop or sightsee.

23-25 May, Baltimore Wooden Boat and Seafood Festival.
