Down River House is a delightful south-facing detached holiday home on the riverbank with incredible views of the waters of the Ilen Estuary, close to the little village of Lisheen. The cottage is stylish and comfortable, and boasts accommodation including four bedrooms and an open-plan living area complete with spectacular views and cosy open fire. This area is described as the gateway to the best sailing off Ireland. Boat hire is available right outside Down River House, so why not hop aboard and explore the beautiful islands and beaches nearby?

Sloping lawned area and patio with garden furniture. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets. Pub 1.5 miles and shop 1 mile. Note: There is direct access to the riverbank from the property and children should be supervised at all times.

"Views and cottage excellent"
