The “Cape Mitikas” Apartment is situated directly at the sea imbedded in an Olive grove surrounded by a lovely garden. Only over a few steps down you will reach the white shallow sandy beach of Achladies which is one of the most popular beaches of the island.
Spend your day lying in the sun and visiting one of the 4 taverns or bars at the beach or do some water sports like water-ski, banana and wakeboard. Within 300 m you will find several supermarkets which deliver food, beverages and much more directly to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 3 rooms, two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with an individual air-condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and sufficient dishes. For your entertainment a Sat-TV and a DVD Player is situated in the apartment.
As a welcome package you will find beverages and everything for a good breakfast in your refrigerator. Enjoy all of that on your terrace with breathtaking sea view. Now your holiday can begin ...

Your apartment has 2 private terraces with a magnificent sea view.The terrace in front of the living room is furnished with a garden table, 4 chairs and a big sun shade.
The other terrace can be reach from both bedrooms and is equipped with 2 sunbeds and a sun shade. Enjoy the sea and the small neighbour islands from your terraces and also the lovely garden with its olive trees and fig trees.
Further details
Daily room as well as changing of linen and towels 2 times a week are included. Washing machine, flat iron and ironing board can be used for free.
For our small guests we provide a baby cot and a high chair.

The Sporades islands group lies off the eastern shore of mainland Greece and consists of 11 islands of which only 4 are inhabited: Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonnisos and Skyros.
These islands are characterized by dense vegetation and mountainous terrain and are world known as some of the bluest and cleanest seas one will ever come across and experience. Each of these has its own beauty and charm and has something unique to offer the visitor.
The Skiathos / Achladies area
Only over a few steps down you will reach the white sandy beach of Achladies which is one of the most popular beaches on the island. This beach is also very appropriate for small children. There you will find typical Greek taverns and bars as well as a water sport facility.
Directly from the Achladies beach you can go by a scheduled boat to the town of Skiathos in just 15 minutes. You can also take the bus (station within 200m) or a taxi to town where you can visit lots of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. Within 300 m of the apartment you will find several supermarkets which also deliver food, beverages and much more directly to the apartment. There is a lot to explore at Skiathos Island.

You can reach the island with several airlines from e.g. London, Manchaster or Gatwick. Ask at your local travel agent. There is also the possibility with Olympic Airlines to go to Skiathos on a daily basis with a stop in Athens.
There are several daily connections with the ports of Agios Konstantinos and Volos on the Mainland. Depending on the vessel the crossing will take up to 2,5 hours.

Above mentioned prices are per day per apartment and NOT per Person. All rated are for 4 persons in the apartment . Additional person € 10,- per person per night. Babys are free of charge (0-2 years). Babycot is € 5,- per night - maximum € 50,- per stay. Prices include all taxes. Surcharge for 1 or 2 days: 10%. In Seasons 3 and 4 there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.
