Set on a hillside with fabulous views out over the Aegean towards Evvia, Villa Leone offers comfortable accommodation with peace, quiet and security. It is set in its own private mature gardens of fruit trees, vines, bougainvillea, jasmine and magnolia.
This is an ideal villa for a family, with beautiful accommodation for all the family. Rock walls and terraces complete the feeling of a traditional Greek home, and that each bedroom and living area leads out to terraces with sea views adds to the splendour of your visit. The accommodations are completed to the highest standard. Villa Leone has its own privacy in grounds of 450 m2.
The accommodation comprises of a ground floor of 112 m2 with an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. There are two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with a bath. The upper floor of 55 m2 has one twin bedded room and en suite bathroom with a bath plus a parterre of 20 m2.
Two large shady terraces border the swimming pool and offer dramatic views out to sea and intimate dining areas.
It is just 250 metres from shops and tavernas, 400 from the main road and bus stop and a 15 minute stroll to Troulos Beach.Other beaches easily accessed are Koukounaries, Banana, Platanias (Aghia Paraskevi) and the beaches on the Mandraki Peninsular.

The Sporades/Evia region

The island of Evia was once part of mainland Greece and is in fact the largest Greek island after Crete.It is a beautiful island to visit with some beautiful beaches and lush vegetation.
Their classic Greek architecture, natural beauty and good entertainment of these islands have been attracting tourists to these beauty spots for a while now, so that you never feel out of place.
Skiathos area
Skiathos is a beautiful wooded island, which is lush and green, with beautiful beaches. There are many beaches that are not crowded, and some which are more or less empty, even in the high season. We would recommend a car or moped to find them, which we are more than happy to arrange for you.There are several offshore islands which are accesible by boat, and some beaches on the island itself which are only accessible by boat in secluded coves under spectacular cliffs. There is one town on the island, Skiathos Town, a thriving cosmopolitan town, where you can find all manner of nightlife; a slow drink in a taverrna, a bite to eat in a restaurant, or clubbing if that takes your fancy, but is easily avoided if it does not.
With its varied landscape, peace and quiet, sandy beaches, cosmopolitan centre, beautiful cuisine, and warm hearted, friendly people, Skiathos is the perfect holiday destination!
How to get there
You can fly to Skiathos from Gatwick and Manchester. There are scheduled flights from Athens everyday.
Otherwise you can fly to Athens and catch a ferryboat (3 hrs.) or hydrofoil (1 1/2 hrs.) from Volos or Ayios Konstandinos. (Ayios Konstandinos is a 3-hour bus ride from Athens.)
