About the home

Set on a hillside with fabulous views out over the Aegean towards Evvia, Villa Aquarius offers comfortable accommodation with peace, quiet and security. It is set in its own private mature gardens of fruit trees, vines, bougainvillea, jasmine and magnolia.

This is an ideal villa for a large family or party, with beautiful accommodation for all the family. Rock walls and terraces complete the feeling of a traditional Greek home, and that each room has a private balcony with sea views adds to the splendour of your visit. The villas are unique in their The accommodations are completed to the highest standard and all have private balconies with views to the sea.


It is just 250 metres from shops and tavernas, 400 from the main road and bus stop and a 15 minute stroll to Troulos Beach.

Other beaches easily accessed are Koukounaries, Banana, Platanias (Aghia Paraskevi) and the beaches on the Mandraki Peninsular.

The private grounds around Villa Aquarius are 600 m2.

The accommodation comprises the main house with one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. There is a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cabinet, and a separate WC. A large open plan lounge and kitchen leads out to the upper terrace and swimming pool. There are 120m2 of balcony area.
The apartment and the studio in the pool level acomodate 4-6 persons.

Total size of the main villa is 200. m2.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with refrigerator, cooker with oven and more than adequate cooking utiliys. There is a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which opens to a double bed.

The studio has a refrigerator and small, 2-ring cooker for making coffee, breakfasts, etc.
An extra bed can be added for a third person or child.

This is a very safe environment for families with children.

The Sporades/Evia region

The Spordaes islands, that get their name from their sporadic or uneven distribution, are the perfect holiday desitnation. With yellow sands and crystalline blue water of the Aegean, deep green woods and vegetation, the mixture of peace and cosmopolitan entertainment makes for a glorious holdiday. There are also spectacular sea caves to visit and you can bask in the glorious Aegean sunlight.

The island of Evia was once part of mainland Greece and is in fact the largest Greek island after Crete.It is a beautiful island to visit with some beautiful beaches and lush vegetation.

Their classic Greek architecture, natural beauty and good entertainment of these islands have been attracting tourists to these beauty spots for a while now, so that you never feel out of place.

The Skiathos area

Skiathos is a beautiful wooded island, which is lush and green, with beautiful beaches. There are many beaches that are not crowded, and some which are more or less empty, even in the high season. We would recommend a car or moped to find them, which we are more than happy to arrange for you.There are several offshore islands which are accesible by boat, and some beaches on the island itself which are only accessible by boat in secluded coves under spectacular cliffs. There is one town on the island, Skiathos Town, a thriving cosmopolitan town, where you can find all manner of nightlife; a slow drink in a taverrna, a bite to eat in a restaurant, or clubbing if that takes your fancy, but is easily avoided if it does not.

With its varied landscape, peace and quiet, sandy beaches, cosmopolitan centre, beautiful cuisine, and warm hearted, friendly people, Skiathos is the perfect holiday destination!

You can fly to Skiathos from Gatwick and Manchester. There are scheduled flights from Athens everyday.

Otherwise you can fly to Athens and catch a ferryboat (3 hrs.) or hydrofoil (1 1/2 hrs.) from Volos or Ayios Konstandinos. (Ayios Konstandinos is a 3-hour bus ride from Athens.)

“Amazing view, great villa” The villa has an amazing view on the sea, it's an ideal place for large groups, where you can spend time together without bothering your neighbours. It also had a pool, whic is a plus if you have children or just would like to chill, considering the fact that the beach is not really close to the villa (20 min by foot or 5 min by car). The good surprise was separate bungalows included to the villa, which is great for couples or small families who'd like to spend time a bit by the own. The owner is a very welcoming person, who always helped us if needed something in particular. Our group spend a week in this villa, and we could stay more :)

“Beautiful villa in lovely surroundings” The owner of the propety met us with a warm welcome and brought us freshly picked tomatoes from his own vegetable patch. The villa was clean and airy with all modern necessities. The villa is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The views from the balcony are impressive and captivating at night. Troulos beach is a 15 minute walk as is the nearest bus stop however we rented a car to enjoy drives to nearby monasteries and other beaches. The best experience was enjoying the pool any time we liked as they were also lit at night.
