Six-Fours-les-Plages area
Sanary sur Mer is a stunning sea-side resort only 49 km from Marseille. Once a small fishing established around medieval watchtower, now a busting with live and tourist as well as culture, resort.
Wonerdful places to visit are: Saint Peter’s Collegiate Church (11th century), the Pépiole Chapel (6th century), the Paul Ricard Art Museum (Embiez Island), the Heritage House (Le Brusc), Notre-Dame-du-Mai, the Oceanographical Museum, Le Cap Nègre Battery.
