This elegant and spacious house comfortably accommodates 12/16 people.
Its special concept and design has the back of the house protected to the north by rocky mountain and at the same time is open to the sun, views of the Mediterranean Sea and the village of Sitges.
This two storey house is reached through its garden.
The main area has in its ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, toilette with shower, room for ironing, and laundry area; dining room with table suitable for twelve people and a salon with lofted ceiling that communicates to the first floor through the stairs and a balcony. The first floor has four bedrooms (three double rooms; one quadruple room, perfect for kids); two full bathrooms: “Green Bathroom” and “Blue Bathroom.”
Annexed to the main house, there is the bungalow that has its own and special bathroom with natural stoned wall; a little kitchen and the large mixed area, bedroom and salon, that is opened to the garden and swimming pool, both shared with the main house as is rented all together.

The salon is an ample space of 46 sq metres with lofted ceiling that has two triple sofas, one double, TV/DVD home cinema.
A beautiful and efficient fireplace presides in the space.
From the back of the fireplace next to the stoned wall the comfortable stairs connect the first floor balcony overlooking the lofted salon.
The whole room is connected to the garden, swimming pool and dining room.
The kitchen-dining is a space of 25 sq metres connecting to living, the garden and the swimming pool.
The kitchen is equipped with every necessity: dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave, coffeemaker as well as utensils for cooking. It also includes vitroceramic hob and electric oven and place settings for 12.
The dining room sports a grand dining table for 12 and is completed with large windows and incredible views.

The entire house is designed with the 155 sq metre garden in mind and introduces a comfortable, wood terrace surrounded by an abundance of vegetation that provides ample shade and a perfect environment for outdoor summer dining.
Presiding in the garden is a 16 metre (52.5 feet) long pool with unique characteristics: a central 12 metre (39 feet) by 3 metre (10 feet) vase, possible for swimming; a 60 cm deep area for massages; and a number of areas with a depth of 20 cm to lie down and refresh.
The area is furnished with a table that has bank and chair seating as well as a swinging bench chair and beach chairs to pass the time taking in the sun, amazing views, tranquillity and natural beauty surrounding the house.
