The Catalunia region

Sitges is an old fishermen town where gathered the bohemian artists of the first generation of the Catalan Modernist Movement.

Catalonia is a more than 1000 years old country. Its geographic locations is a natural crossroad, and this is why our land has always been a meeting point for different cultures.

From the first Greek and Roman settlements, to the medieval splendor and the modern industrial activity, our history will fascinate you. Plus ours is a region privileged by its variety of landscapes, from the sea to the high mountains. Our nature won't leave you indifferent and will make you want to see more!

Don't miss out the best scenery around Barcelona.

Capital of the region of Catalonia and second city in Spain, Barcelona is a 2,000 years old city located in a privileged site: between the Mediterranean sea and the Collserola hills.

From the foundation of the Roman colony Barcino, to our vibrant Middle Age centuries. From the Industrial Revolution, with the blooming of the Art Nouveau / Modernist buildings and the master architect Antoni Gaudi, to the transformation of the city during the Olympic Games of 1992. Barcelona is a city that never stops rethinking itself !

Beach, Gastronomy, Museums, Oldtown, Shops and more

MONTSERRAT (Mountain & Monastery)

A trip to the Spiritual heart of Catalonia and a Natural Park

Visiting the Black Madonna shrine. Note: strongly recommended, you will do that as soon as we arrive.

Art Museum (around 1h). If you like art, you will be impressed by the beautiful collection the monks have gathered throughout the centuries years!

Slide Show & Exhibit on the Monastery (20min). A nice way to discover more about the life in the monastery and with Montserrat means for the Catalan people.

Hikes and strolls. A variety of itineraries are available, going from 20min to 6h walk. Enjoy the breathtaking views (and make sure you wear good walking shoes).

Cellars Cava and Wines

The most well-known Catalan wine country, the Cava cradle. Visit our wine or cava (local sparkling wine) cellars and learn the process of wine making and how this industry has always been attached to our country.
