The apartment is spacious (113 square meters) and bright, all rooms exterior, except the bathrooms: living and kitchen looking to the South and the sea; bedrooms looking to the North.

It's excellent arrangement of spaces allows even 7-people groups to enjoy great comfort and privacy.

Since the living room has only one door and there is no need to walk into it to access the kitchen or the bathroom, for instance, it can easily become a fourth private bedroom.

There are a couple of long narrow balconies one accessed from the living and the kitchen and the other accessed from each of the 3 bedrooms. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony, but there is easy access to it from every room.

The North-orientation of the bedrooms protects them from the heavier Sun, that's why AC is only installed in the living room. On the contrary, central heat system covers all spaces.

The living room is wide and sunny, with an extensible dining table to have lunch or to play table games, a sofa-bed and a rocking chair to watch TV, read or have a siesta!

On the balcony, a small table with two chairs to enjoy the first Sunlight in the morning or the marine breeze in the evening. The railing privacy screens also allow you to hide from the Sun, if that's what you want.

The modern recently renovated kitchen with a very convenient dining area has also access to the balcony through a small laundry space where the washing machine and a sink are located. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, combi fridge freezer and a drinking water filtration system in the kitchen sink, in addition to a wide range of pans, pots, etc. It is worth highlighting the water filtration system because we suffer of low quality tap water in Sitges, but this osmosis system provides excellent taste water for drinking and cooking.

There are three bedroom, all of them with access to the North balcony and with double glass doors to provide complete isolation from the street:

The main suite includes a double bed with latex mattress and pillows, a closet with built in wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower.

Another double room includes also a closet and two single beds.

The studio is the smaller room. It includes a desk and a chair as well as a single bed and a built in wardrobe.

The shared bathroom contains a whirlpool tub, which is my children's favourite part of the apartment!

It's also worth mentioning the oak parquet flooring on all the apartment but the kitchen and the bathrooms.

As well as the apartment, you can access the roof terrace with views all over Sitges and the sea.

We can also provide you car park facilities in a nearby building.

Located in a residential area, it gives you the opportunity to choose when to share the buzz of the lively downtown or when to quietly relax and rest in the apartment. In the neighborhood, you can find shops and services that are not targeted to tourists but to the local residents, so you can get a more real feeling of the town and the country. Do you like cooking and want to tae advantage of the ? Check the guidebook in this page to locate bakeries, butcher's, deli, fishmonger's, green grocer's, supermarkets and the local food market. If you don't want to spend time cooking, you will also find take-away options and some recommended restaurants among the dozens you can find in a town renowned by its gastronomy.

Just across the street there is even a public municipal sporting center which now includes spa facilities!

The apartment is at a walking distance from the main points of interest in Sitges: 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the iconic Church and the Maricel modernist museum and 5 minutes from the railway station. Alternatively, there is also a bus stop just around the corner that may take you there.

From the railway station trains leave for Barcelona every 15 minutes. It is a 45-minute trip to the city center.

"Perfect stay in Sitges"

We stayed nine nights in Sitges and wanted to be close to the town center, beaches and commercial streets so that we didn't have to drive. With four adults and two kids, this property couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Located only 10 min walk from the beach, the property is close to everything but yet far enough to enjoy some tranquility.

The rooms were lovely, the beds were comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms were super clean. Air Conditioning is available but we opted for the outside breeze. The condo is impeccable! The owners keep this place up. Beautiful floors throughout with quality materials. What you see in the pictures is what you get, no corners were cut.

We were greeted on the first day and given all the information accordingly. We even had a reserved parking spot. I would definitely stay here again. The overall design and cleanliness of the property is excellent.
