Villa Proteus is one of 4 newly built villas set on a hillside overlooking the bay of Milatos and close to Sisi. Entering the complex through a private drive with secure entry system the villa stands to the left overlooking the bay. The garden has a large pool and terrace. There is an outside covered bar with fridge and sink, BBQ and outside bathroom.
The accommodation is situated on three floors, the open plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living area and dining area, utility room and WC. There is a large terrace, with luxury lounge facilities. A central staircase leads to the lower floor where you will find three large double bedrooms with two family bathrooms and entry to the garage. The top floor consists of two master bedrooms with air-conditioning, family bathroom and large balcony with sun lounges.

Further details outdoors: Villa Proteus private garden has a large outside terrace with pool, facing south east. The terrace is equipped with luxury lounge set, sun lounges, parasols, stone BBQ, large covered bar with fridge/sink and bar stools, the terrace and villa have electric outside lights.
There is also an outside toilet, shower and basin. Please note the use of the pool is at your own risk. Children to be supervised at all times by parents. All outside areas are maintained to a high standard.

To reserve the accommodation the client should complete a booking form enclosing a 50% deposit of the total price. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation being made within 2 months, prior to the date of arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let.]
Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrival along with a separate cheque of Euros 500 to be held as breakages and damage deposit, this will be returned after the Villa is checked for damages.
