Nestled within lush forests and surrounded by beautiful green hills of Siolim-Bardez, our piece of heaven is our pride and joy away from the maddening rush of everyday life. Hi! We are a retired couple in our early 70s and this is our piece of heaven we like to share with you. Originally from Kolkata, the once busy first capital city of India during British occupation, we are settled in Delhi for the last 35 years and come over to experience Goa as much as we can.

The Villa Eva apartment complex of which our home is a part of, is surrounded by a lush green forest which makes it a very calm and quiet place to stay. The only sound you hear are of the varied species of birds who sing along mesmerizing you all day. The complex itself has a rich variety of flora and fauna which include and is not limited to Mango, Berry and Palm trees, Bougainvillea and Chrysanthemum bushes and a variety of beautiful flowering creepers.

This European styled apartment complex built by Acron, a well-respected developer in Goa for over 20 years, boasts of 2 full length pools, a tennis court, a decked up club house with a full loaded and functional gym, sauna and Jacuzzi, and a lovely open terrace for hosting your social gatherings. There are over 8 individual manicured gardens, a long clean driveway devoid of any dirt or dead leaves providing ample parking space along the entire stretch of this well maintained apartment complex. Additionally, the entire area is Wi-Fi enabled with 24 hr. security.

Our, or should we say your home designated H5 Villa Eva is tucked away in the lushest green corner of the complex with a big beautiful balcony overlooking the tennis court, the club house and the beautiful birds chirping away on the Mango and Berry trees. On occasions you can see the monkeys swinging past from tree to tree while beautiful parrots and spectacular blue Kingfishers fly by as you take a break enjoying the morning sunshine with a lovely cup of tea going through the daily journal. For days when you have that extra energy you can grab a game of tennis, have a run in the fully equipped gym or just laze in the sauna and Jacuzzi provided in the clubhouse.

Our home comes with its own parking which would comfortably accommodate an SUV with 2 motor bikes, or two full length sedans if required. There is piped gas, solar water heater, 2 split air conditioners one each for the living area and the bed room, 2 attached balconies one each connected to the living area and the bedroom, modular kitchen, and powder coated iron grills with attached mosquito nets at the entrance of both balconies and the bed & in-suite bathroom windows.

Goa is full of attractive beaches, luxurious silvery sands, attractive churches, great temples and magnificent flora and fauna.
