The apartment is in a 1st floor. It's fully furnished and equipped apartment, modern and friendly with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and a living room. The living room has a table with chairs for four people. It has two sofas and tv to seat and rest. There are two balconies, with one of them with a view for the countryside, excellent for a tea break.
Because its central, everything takes only some minutes to achieve and because is well situated, it's excellent to visit the towns of Cascais, Estoril, Guincho and Lisbon (by train).
It's excellent to spend with the family in a friendly and relaxing environment or for elderly people to enjoy the place.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Sintra and region are excellent to stay and enjoy some of the best that Portugal have to offer. With it's unique climate, several gardens, stupendous views of coastline and mountain, the buildings in Old Town and with long history, Sintra is a most place to be when visiting Portugal. Nearby, you can visit Lisbon, Cascais (where you can find the most known and old ice-cream shop of the region - the Santini), and several beaches.
