Sleeps 8, 4-bedroom. Exceptionally spacious, light and airy decorated in a modern and neutral style. Located in a quiet avenue with a spacious private garden, with outside dining and BBQ. Ideally located to explore the lively cosmopolitan Cascais with its marina and large selection of restaurants and bars and the hauntingly beautiful Sintra with its mountains and palaces. Close to the villa the stunning beach of Guincho is just 17 mins away by car, golf courses like Beloura Golf is 2 mins away and Penha Longa is 7 mins, and the beautiful Sintra- Cascais National park is just 7 mins away). The villa has 4 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a double size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. There are 3 bathrooms: an en suite bathroom to Bedroom 1(with sink, wc, bidet, bath with jacuzzi & power shower), bathroom 2 (with sink, wc, bidet, bath with jacuzzi & power shower). There is also a guest bathroom (with wc, bidet and sink). The kitchen is fully fitted and modern with cream units & black granite work surfaces (comprising: double sink, hob, oven, extractor fan, American style fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer). There is a large kitchen table and chairs. There is a spacious lounge / dining room comprising 3 comfortable sofas, working fireplace, coffee table, cable TV, DVD player, CD stereo and dining suite.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Lisbon over 400 years ago was the centre of the world’s richest and farthest-reaching empire. Although the glorious age of discovery is part of the distant past the city remains true to its roots retaining an imperial grandeur. Historical monuments, cobbled sidewalks, medieval alleyways and vintage streetcars abound. Visit, Belem, Alfama district, and Estoril. Lisbon is compact and easy to navigate by foot.
Sintra / Beloura area
Down the coast, Cascais is a lovely place to visit. It originated as a quaint fishing village and as it has grown has managed to keep to its roots and remain unspoilt by tourism. There are numerous beaches in Cascais all close to the town centre with numerous quality restaurants and cafes. Cascais has a large marine, which in 2007 hosted the World Sailing Regatta and a beautiful lush park. Cascais has a wide variety of delightful beaches nearby (Guincho, Cascais, Carcavelos, and Praia Grande). Excellent facilities exist for sailing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, diving and water Skiing. The golf courses of Oitavus, Quinta do Marinha, Estoril, Penha Longa and Beloura are all within minutes drive. The British romantic poet Lord Byron called Sintra a “glorious eden”; his adulation made Sintra a chic destination for 19th century aristocrats and ladies. These days Sintra retains its magic with its fairytale castles and romantic mountain panoramas. The old town is full of villas with flowering gardens crowned by 3 castles Paco real, Palacio National da Pena and the Castelo dos Mouros. Estoril boasts Europe’s largest casino, which has a packed agenda of excellent shows, there is also an artisan fair in Estoril in July –August. Lisbon airport is served from London LHR and LGW by British Airways, TAP, Monarch and Easyjet, BMI Baby serves Birmingham. Dublin is served daily by Aer Lingus and TAP. Lisbon airport is 25 minutes drive from the villa.

Rental period is one week. Please arrive after 4pm on arrival day and leave before 10:30 am on departure day. Although these times may be flexible dependant on other bookings. Discounts may be available for longer lets.
Conditions
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is payable not later then 35 days prior to your stay. A damage deposit of 350 euros is also required with the remaining balance. This damage deposit is returned to you 10 working days after your stay if there have been no damages. The deposit is non-refundable, unless a request is made in writing 56 days prior to your stay. Terms and conditions are provided on request.
