The Villa is built of solid white limestone and has its own private well maintained garden, big covered terrace with fireplace and BBQ and large outdoor swimming pool. The kitchen and the spacious living room with a limestone fireplace are located on the ground floor with direct access to the outside facilities. The master bedroom (30 sq.m.) has its own limestone fireplace, large bathroom with a bathtub and a huge terrace overlooking the sea, rocks and the remote hills and the three additional double bedrooms (20-25 sq..each) share two bathroom facilities. We provide one staff member who takes care of the house, the garden and the pool. Rent a car can be arranged. We can also help you out organizing side seeing trips to different towns, shopping trips to Bourgas or any other trips of your own interest. Arrangements for breakfast or half board bases (breakfast + dinner) can be added depending on your preferences.

The Black Sea Coast region
White sandy beaches, long hot summers and an excellent range of facilities is what is attracting many people to the Black Sea Coast.
Sinemorets area
The village of Sinemorets lies 6 km south of Ahtopol. It features two beautiful beaches - one to the north, representing a pretty wide strip of sand bordering the mouth of the Veleka river from one shore to the other and another one to the south stretching between jutty rocks. Before the fall of communism in 1989, Sinemoretz was a part of the restricted border area due to its proximity to the Bulgarian-Turkish border and access was not allowed to outsiders. Since the abolishment of restrictions, its beautiful and intact nature has appealed to wealthy people, who have rushed to buy land and build luxurious villas there. Gradually, the village has grown into modern medium-class resort with its average price level of accommodation and outdoor food being higher than e.g. in the neighbouring villages of Ahtopol or Rezovo. Yet one can still see few traditional dilapidated houses of local people, which stand awkwardly against the imposing villas of newcomers.
How to get there
The cheapest airline that i know of is Wizzair. During the summer it has direct flight to Bourgas airport.

Further details indoors: The villa is located within a few minutes walk from Butamiata beach, which over the years has gained the reputation of being one of the cleanest and most beautiful beach on the Bulgarian coast. However, for those who fancy a little more privacy and quietness, there are two more beaches a walking distance from the house where you can enjoy the soft sand, the landscape and the nature literately by yourself.
