This substantial seven bedroom holiday villa near Silves in the Algarve, is set in 6,500m2 of land and in a calm location with sweeping views surrounding the countryside, yet, Quinta Estrelicia is only a few kilometres from the town of Silves, with its choice of shops, restaurants and cafes.

This impressive villa comprises of seven bedrooms (some with terraces overlooking the swimming pool), and five bathrooms. There are two en-suite bedrooms. Further rooms include a conservatory, large lounge (with fire place, satelite TV, DVD), dining room, small reading/sitting room, large fully fitted kitchen, utility room and ironing/storage room.

The walled property is entered by double security gates that open into a long drive bordered on one side by a lawn. At the end of the drive is a double garage. The well-established, pretty gardens include two further lawns and a variety of shrubs and fruit trees, a large kidney-shaped swimming pool measures 14m x 8m surrounded by terracing To the side of the pool is a raised terrace with a covered barbeque/bar and dinning area, which includes a kitchen with cooker, fridge and washing facilities.

The Property is situated on the outskirts of Silves, a short distance from A22 & N125 motorways, also close to various golf courses including the new Amendoeira Course, Pestana Silves, Gramacho and Vale de Pinta Golf Courses, also the Morgado do Reguengo and Alamos golf courses and many others in the West side of the Algarve.

This villa gives a spacious accommodation with large dining room and large bedrooms. the villa is furnished to a very high standard, in traditional Portuguese high quality furniture. The entry to the villa is through a wonderful glass living sitting area which leads to the main villa with hallway leading to dining area and fully equipped kitchen area.

The Lounge and dining area lead to terraces with stairs to the huge, hotel size swimming pool, which is surrounded by large terraces with a built in eating area and outside kitchen

In the gardens are beautiful trees and mature lawns, with wonderful country views. The swimming pool is what you would expect at a small hotel, it is huge kidney shaped with plenty of swimming area.

The gardens are walled with electric entry gates, which allows safety for children.
