Gite Renee is located on the outskirts of the town of Sille-le-Guillaume which has bars and restaurants only 2 minutes away. You will find Le Mans, Alencon and Laval all within a 20 minute drive. Quiet and peaceful yet has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting and vide greniers, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
Only 5 mintues away you will find Sille plage which includes swimming, boating, fishing, horse rinding to name but a few. Take away or sit down meals are available from the local restaurants. With one double and one twin bedroom, the cottage is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Plenty of garden area for children to play in.

The Loire Valley / Sarthe region
Sillé-le-Guillaume is a village and commune in the Sarthe département of France, in the région Pays-de-la-Loire. Gite Renne borders one of Normandies National Parcs. Being just South of Normandy this is excellent for Calvados country.
Le Mans is only 20 minutes away and with the race track and the old city you will have plenty to see.
Sille-le-Guillaume area
Visit Sille-le-Guillaume's chateau and within 10 minutes drive you can be at Sille Plage. This is a 100 acre lake which includes a man made beech, swimming, boating, horse riding, fishing and much much more.
June is the time for the whole of France to celebrate music. Around the 3rd weekend every village, town and city will put on live music free to everyone to enjoy.
