About the home

The street entry level floor of the house is built around a beautiful private courtyard surrounded by an entrance hall, study, lounge, modern dining room and open plan kitchen,The courtyard (complete with trickling fountain) can be accessed from the entrance hall, living room and kitchen, making it the ideal place to entertain family and guests, serve sun-downers or relaxing meals or to simply get away and relax quietly.

The upper levels contains the three bedrooms, 2 with full modern bathrooms en-suite plus separate shower room. The bedrooms can be accessed via a modern, glass and stainless steel spiral staircase or up an old stone stairs from the courtyard. While the house is designed to ideally accommodate only 6 guests, three further single beds are supplied in the study and cellar, and are available for additional guests by prior arrangement.

In short, this home not only provides the perfect getaway from city life where one can truly let one's hair down, it also serves as the ideal base from which to explore the island and its many exciting activities ranging from its cultural and ancient heritage to modern and glitzy nightlife, not to mention the outstanding restaurants
