About the home

This rare beach front home - set on a huge double lot is located on the exclusive Sunset Strip on the popular and scenic Coral Coast of Fiji's main island of Viti Levu. With almost 85 meters of white sand beach overlooking the ocean, this is a vacationers paradise. Comprising an airconditioned house with 3 bedrooms, 2 en suites, a large kitchen and lounge/dining areas with a huge undercover veranda overlooking the superb gardens and stunning ocean. The property has one of the most extensive collections of rare and native palms anywhere in Fiji (special mention in the 'Fiji Book of Palms' - page 160). Beautifully landscaped gardens with various
fruits trees. Located 5 minutes from the main Coral Coast town of Sigatoka (including various shops & restaurants, banks, supermarkets, PO, schools, doctors/dentists, and several daily markets with fresh fruit & vege, meats and fish produce). Numerous international resorts are located nearby and Nadi International Airport is just over an hours drive away. Go snorkeling or scuba diving right off the beach among the coral reefs. Lounge around the house enjoying the ocean breeze, or relax on the front porch with your own BBQ meal. House also is supplied with board games and a variety of books.

This home has everything to make your holiday fun, relaxing and memorable! Just bring your clothes and snorkeling gear. Everything is provided and our care-taker will change your bedding every two days as well as keep everything clean. She will do your laundry for small charge or feel free to use the washer and dryer located in the laundry room. Ask us about the driver for airport transfers and to take you around the island for day excursions or rent a car from us.

Get ready for amazing views from your own private beach. 90 meters of beach front await your arrival. Sit on your own palm tree and watch the waves roll in. Or walk on the beach picking up numerous seashells. Talk a dip in the warm clear Pacific ocean or put on your snorkeling gear and immediately enjoy the numerous varieties of fish and sea life. This is a very safe beach front with gentle waves, even for little children. The ocean waters contain no jelly fish or anything that could cause harm. You can even spear or catch fish for dinner. Walking through the gardens it's easy to lose track of time. You will hear the waves gently breaking and the birds singing as you stroll through paradise in your own private yard. See if you can count all the different varieties of palm trees...or just pick a banana for breakfast.

Entire home rents for $12500 U.S.per week. This is a steal... we own the home and want everyone to be able to enjoy it as much as we do. You won't find a vacation rental like this anywhere for this price. All rentals require a deposit of $500. This is to ensure replacement if something were intentionally broken or lost from the home.

The Viti Levu region

Viti Levu is the largest of the 322 Fijian islands. This beach front home is located in the village of Korotoga. On the beautiful Coral Coast.The town of Sigatoka is five minutes by car and has banks, shopping, markets and a daily outdoor market where you will find fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a fresh fish market. The international airport is just 1 hour away and is an easy beautiful drive to this pristine property. This large island has numerous beaches for snorkeling, surfing or just taking scenic walks along the beach. The Queens road takes you around the island from village to towns. The capital of Fiji is the city of Suva, locate one and half hours away. This bustling city offers shopping and fine dining. The city of Nadi where you will fly into is a vacation spot. It boast Denaru Island with it's beautiful harbor. Day excursions to the outer islands will be leave from the harbor. From the interior jungle to the scenic beaches your stay will be memorable.

The Sigatoka / Korotogo area

Our beachfront home is just 5 minutes from the town of Sigatoka, which has various stores, restaurants, banks and outdoor veg/fruit markets. Several restaurants right down the street from this beachfront house. You can snorkel and scuba dive right off your own private beach. Fishing is also abundant in the surrounding areas. There are numerous day trips to take and the tour operators will pick you up at the house.
