GREAT Value !!! MVPROPERTIES AT SIESTA KEY Renovated and very conveniently located duplex villas at the beautiful Crescent Beach section of Siesta Key beach.

We have (2) 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments. Each apartment sleeps up to 5 persons. Rent 1 apartment or both. The units are bright, updated, very clean and very pleasant to stay in. Rental units are ground floor with no steps, for easy access, and parking at your door.

UNITS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and completely furnished (including new side by side refrigerator with icemaker on door), dishes, utensils, pots, pans, skillets, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, gadgets and more.

Steps to the beach, steps to the heated pool, and steps to shopping. If you want, you never have to use your car.

We include many items at no extra charge that cost extra elsewhere. Compare!! Wireless Internet LCD TV's in each bedroom and living room. DVD player in living room DVD movies, and radio Keyed entrance to heated pool. May use day and night. 40 steps away! Coded private entrance to beach 60 steps away ! Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, noodles, 2 wheel beach cart, coolers, rafts, small child life vests, games, and books and more- all included!!

Rentals have a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the other bedroom. Mattresses are top quality and very comfortable. We provide a high quality fold up cot for a 5th person. Each unit is equipped with (Linens, pillows, sheets, blankets & towels), full kitchen with utensils and small appliances such as blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.

One roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, 1 bar of wrapped soap or liquid soap per bath, dish liquid and 3 kitchen garbage bags are provided for your startup. Laundry detergent and conditioner are not provided.

Shared laundry room is located between the units and is free of charge. Iron and portable ironing board are in each unit at no charge. Each unit has front patio furniture to enjoy relaxing or dining outside. Gas BBQ grill (propane included) located on patio in privacy fenced back yard, outside showers , umbrella table and chairs and clothes line. Units have central heat and air and on city water. Units are equipped with wireless internet and TV service, TVs, and clock radios. Telephone service is not provided. Please use your own cell phone. .Use of BBQ grill is at your own risk. Shops, grocery stores, fish market, several terrific restaurants, drug store with post office, are within a two minute walk. Many shopping malls are a 5 minute drive

Some Actual reviews-*****We had an excellent time in Siesta Key, and the villa was better than we expected! It didn't rain a drop all week, and the temps were always in the 80's :) The accommodations were fantastic - it was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there were so many amenities provided that we didn't even have a chance to use them all, lol and we had a visitor come see us a few days, a Snowy Egret, whom we named 'Slim'- it was so cool having a huge bird sit with us on the front patio, and after we went in, he jumped up on the patio table and stared at us through the window!! LOL The location was absolutely perfect, beach, pool & shopping all walking distance. My only request would be for a tea kettle lol though boiling water in a pot worked fine too, I guess I'm just getting picky now ;) Overall we loved our stay! Thank you Marty & Victoria! We can't wait to come back again, and next time it will be with our kids in tow :)))) *****Great place to stay to enjoy the beautiful beaches. The owner, Martin, was extremely nice and accommodating. He not only offered great recommendations on sights/activities but also had flyers/pamphlets in the condo. The area offers a free ride (golf cart style) to the Siesta Key Village (about 10 minutes from the property) which offers many shops and restaurants. Our family couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martin (the owner) a message.

If Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
