Casa Alta offers 13 beds, divided into 2 separate and independent apartments. The first one is characterised by 5 rooms with 8-9 beds and 3 bathrooms and it is located on the upper floors. The second one, instead, includes 3 rooms with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. Each apartment has its own kitchen and private entrance. All comforts are guaranteed.
In the price, satellite TV, dishwasher, towels, cleaning, water and electricity. The price doesn't include the food and metered heating, neither the washing of personal effect, which is possible in a laundry in Buonconvento 4km.
On request a cook is available to prepare breakfast and supper six days a week with supplement of € 800 a week for up 13 persons, excluding food, wine and beverages. Visitors are welcome to use the private swimming pool but at their own risk.

The Tuscany region

The weather is gorgeous between May an October, July and August being the hottest months (38°) and May and September the greenest and lushest.
Siena / Murlo area
Placed at the top of the ancient Etruscan hamlet of Pompana,Casa Alta is just a 5 miles away from the town o Pienza, val d'Orcia and the Tyrrenean coast. Shops, restaurants, bank 7 kms away. The location of CASA ALTA IS PERFECT FOR TOURING.
Murlo in province of Siena and is conveniently situated half an hour's drive from Siena and 20 minute from Montalcino, 1 hour.
Last week of July and mid August Siena hosts the famous Palio, an experience worth living. Every village of Tuscany (Pienza, S.Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, S.Galgano, Abbadia S.SAlvatore...) has pleasant feasts throughout the summer and autumn. There are plenty of activities one can do whilst here.

First floor: Very inviting living room with fireplace, second 1double bedroom with canopied king size bed, a twin bedroom and one bathroom with tub/shower.
SUITE: ground floor: small kitchen, lovely bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower. First floor: one twin bedroom and one single with a bathroom with shower.

4100 Euros a week for 13 people for all the house exclusively for you and it includes also the towels and cleaning of house and pool.
Terms of payment: 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance due, one month prior arrival. Security deposit 500 Euros.
Weekly starting from Saturday, minimum stay one week. The house is reserved only for the guests; a person will take care of the pool and eventual needs.
