The Agriturismo gli Arcangeli lays in the middle of the Siena hills surrounded by olive groves,wheat fields and woods. In this portion of the colonical House: 5 double/twin bedrooms elegantly and comfortably furnished, all with bathroom.The apartment can be rented in the whole or each room separately. Large kitchen fully equipped, with logfire. Balcony.

Few meters from the House a loggia to dine and barbecue,large terrace in front of the swimming pool overlooking hills and woods(private use if requested). Not to cause any stress, the first dinner is included in the price as the first breakfast, so that You can go shopping in the suggested places the day after Your arrival. When requested, with a minimum of 10 people breakfast and dinner are available for every day. The small spa, offers sauna ,Jacuzzi and massage room. Ideal place to relax,walk,ride, mountain bike and in season ,looking for mushrooms in the woods

The Tuscany region

This area started to develope in the beginning of the Middle Age. Through the towns of Siena and San Gimignano was passing the Via Franchigena, the way for the pilgrims to go to Jerusalem. It became even more florid during the rich Popes ages when their courts where choosing this area for their hunting holidays.You can still find the testimonies of the 1400 and 1500 when bankers and merchants of Siena where choosing these areas for their country houses.

Wilder than the Chianti, Here You can still find very good olive oil( taste the one from the farm) wine and sheep cheese.The area around Siena is also good for truffle.In opposition to Florence, where the main architectural style is rinascimental, here You can see the Middle age in all the towns around, starting from Siena,San Gimignano,Monteriggioni, Volterra, less than an hour from the sea, Follonica.The climate normally warm from the middle of april, warm summer with fresh winds in the evening, warm till middle october.

Near Siena / Casole d'elsa area

All the towns in the area keep their middle age flavour starting from Siena, with its famous Palio, horses ride done with middle age costumes and in the fashion of that time.

Excursions to the majors towns can be booked.
