Ancient Barn with pool and wellness room with a sauna, steam bath, relaxing beds. The barn restored and converted into a beautiful and original country home perfectly combines rural simplicity, functionality and all modern comforts. There are 7 rooms of which 3 double bedrooms and one room with a souble sofa-bed, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, an open-plan kitchen, terrace, garden, pool. It is located on peaceful hill surrounded by the stunning, wild nature of the Colline Metallifere, one of the few still unknown, authentic and unpretentious parts of Tuscany. The area offers plenty of outdoors activities, great food and wine, and most of all the simplicity or rural life. The fienile is less than an hour motoring away from fascinating art cities such as Florence,Siena,San Gimignano,Volterra, Chianti ,Montalcino, Pienza. Il fienile di Colletalli is only 5 minutes drive from Radicondoli, a perfectly preserved Medieval town surrounded by its original walls where you can do shopping or go out for a lovely meals
Tha Barn offers a lot of choises: a spa holiday, a romantic honeymoon, a journey into wine and gastronomy, a tour to the main art cities or simply some private time to relax and revitalise in the beautiful tuscan coutnryside inhabited by farmers, deer and wildboar.

Radicondoli and Belforte are two medieval villages from XII C. very well preserved with a strong identity and very lively people, off the beaten track but at the same time very close to the main art cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Chianti region, Brunello region, Pienza
In Radicondoli, you'll find find 3 groceries, 1 pharmacy, 3 bars, 3 restaurants with typical and genuine local food, bakery, bank and church.
A lot of walking paths, animals watching, canoeing, wine and cheese tours, Abbeys tours.

Radicondoli, offers a lot of things to do, almost every week in Summer there is a village party or a celebration. There is also a very famous art Festival with theatres, Ballets, Music, Movies that last about 2 weeks. Exibitions of scupltures and paintings.

The house is better than the advert! It is a special gem in an already jeweled countryside. There was nothing missing in the house. You have thought of everything. We have never had such a warm welcome. The wine, pie, and a fully equipped kitchen were very much appreciated. We had an absolutely fabulous holiday, the house and its location near Radicondoli are both stunning, our expectations from the web-site were very high, but they were exceeded. we loved the wonderfully creative way you had retained its old charachter whilst making it modern and adding some novel touches! In our 35 years of travelling, it is one of the places that we liked the best. It is a well equipped large place. Having 4 bathrooms, a sauna, a steam bath, is a real plus and hard to find in other places. We ate out on the garden several times. Higly, Higly recommended. July 2007
