Le Bolli is one of the most beautiful and luxurious Villa (800 sq.mt) in Tuscany, dating back to XVI C. Le Bolli, completely stone-built, is located in one of the most beautiful place in Tuscany, surrounded by a huge park-garden with lavender, sage, rosemary, olive trees. A panoramic swimming pool of 150 q.mt with Juacuzzi inside from where you have a breathtaking view over the countryside. At only 10 minutes drive from the Medieval village of Radicondoli and close to the main art cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, The Chianti region and the Brunello wine. The property extends, over a vast territory of 200 hectars, 12 of which are olive groves and pine forest. Inside the Villa you'll find Twelve bedrooms, each one with private bathroom, a balcony or a small garden, tv, a large living room, a huge kitchen, a 100 sq.mt panoramic terrace. Suitable for 24 people. Maximum sleeps is 28 (included children)

Payment conditions
We request a 40% deposit paid by bank transfer at the time of confirmation of your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival. The balance should be paid upon arrival in cash.
Price includes: car park, use of swimming pool, weekly linen change, hot and cold water, electricity, gas for cooking, television.
Not included: telephone, gas for central heating (€4,50 per m³).
The pool normally is open from May to the end of September
Cancellation terms: 6 months ahead

A lot of walking paths, animals watching, canoeing, wine and cheese tours, Abbeys tours.

As good as it gets
Date Submitted: March 10, 2008 Date of Stay: February 2008 We stayed here for a large family party / holiday in February 2008. The website under sells the location; stunning elevated panoramic setting. Clean, luxurious and yet practical family/group house. Friendly proprietors; couldn't do enough for us. They provided local cheap wine from a neighbour - cheap and very cheerful. Superb Organic olive oil grown on the actual estate provided for free.
Great base to explore the Sienna / Tuscan hill top towns. Worth every penny.
The grounds were vast, and in summer (we went in winter) it will make a wonderful location for a large, or multi family holiday location. We rearranged the furniture to suit our needs and it wasn't a problem.
