Villa San Fabiano is located 12 km south of Siena,in Tuscany.a perfect location in a gorgeous farmestate!

Beautifully restored, it has every amenity, including air conditioning and WI-FI., outdoor heated swimming pool, and screens to all windows.

The villa can hold up to 18 people. There is a large living room with a table for 24 people. The loggia is a covered area with dining table,bbq and living room.

The villa is ideal for family reunions, offering also a beautiful main hall with kitchen to get together,for meals, and leasure.

We also offer cooking lessons for minimum 4 people and drawing classes if requested in advance!

We can offer kosher accomodation.

You can choose a self catering or a fully staffed solution.a,chef will prepare your breakfast at the loggia and your dinners indoor.

From the villa you can walk easily to the village of Monteroni d'Arbia for a nice cappuccino, or a gelato ,and purchase your food.Nice good restaurants are available The railway station is near.

Daily sightseeing to Siena,San Gimignano, Montalcino, Pienza, Cortona are all within short distance.
