The farmhouse Incrociati is settled in the wooded hills around the village Ancaiano near Sovicille, only 18 Km from Siena. An idyllic courtyard separates the guest house from the main building. Both houses have recently restored under retention of typically rural attributes. The guest house is about 90sm big on one level and consists of a well-equipped kitchen/livingroom with a feature fireside,very cosy if you choose to visit in the colder months, one double and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a loggia. The wide fenced garden fits in the landscape harmonically. Several terraces provide the opportunity to have your meal outside. A by a wisteria overgrown pergola between main and guesthouse arranges a shady courtyard in summer. You can move and linger freely. Child-friendly home

Siena / Sovicille area
Sovicille is situated about 10 km south-west of Siena in the direction of Massa Marittima and Follonica. Sovicille’s territory stretches from La Montagnola Senese to the valley of the river Merse. The landscape varies: from woodlands in the hilly. The Commune of Sovicille had more medieval hamlets and villages than any other commune in Tuscany, of which some have been destroyed, others transformed into farmhouses and yet others still have maintained their original state.

The Tarot Garden from Niki Saint Phalle in the heart of the Maremma, The Tarot Garden is an artistic park composed by monumental sculptural (12/15 metres high) inspired at the Tarots. Niki de Saint Phalle has created this garden on the hill of Garavicchio near Capalbio in Tuscany.

PAYMENT: The balance of the rent is payable 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Should this payment not have been made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-rent the house. CANCELLATION: All cancellation must be confirmed in writing by fax or e-mail. Wherever possible we will attempt to re-rent your cancelled rental period and refund any monies paid less the deposit. If we are unable to re-rent your cancelled rental period, you remain liable for the full payment. If for any reason, beyond our control, we have to cancel the client's booking we will refund the amount paid to us in full. INSURANCE: You are strongly advised to take out an insurance travel policy for holiday cancellation, as referred to in the clause above; for medical cover; and loss of personal goods (e.g. burglary, fire etc.). ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Bookings are from 2 pm to 7 pm on the day of arrival, until 12 am on the day of departure.
