South of Siena, a beautiful (70mq) farmhouse enclosed within 2ha of sunny gardens. Situated on a hilltop with fine view to the "Pratomagno and Casentino". It is within easy reach of the"cittą d'arte":Siena 22km, Florence70km and Arezo 30km. Nearby there is the thermal centre of Rapolano (10km)and a riding stables (3km). The local centre is Ambra(6km)and is well served with post-office, bank, chemist, bars, restaurants and shops.
The house(a part of farmhouse where live the owners) is comfortable, rustic and fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, washingmachine, tv-sat and stereo. Within the surroundings there are a tennis court, bowling green and swimming-pool of 15x6 available for guests use.

Of course you must visit nearby towns such as Florence and Pisa, with their famous historical landmarks.
