Gladstan Cottage is a superb, newly refurbished terraced cottage situated in the heart of Sidmouth within a minute's walk of the beach, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is surprisingly spacious with top quality furnishings and tasteful, co-ordinated colour schemes throughout. The owners have given much time and thought in preparing the cottage. Ideal for a holiday at any time of the year, with full gas central heating anddouble glazed windows making this a lovely cosy property.
Entrance hall with stairs to first floor. Beautifully furnished living room with attractive fireplace and fire. Dining area with French doors to conservatory leading to enclosed rear south facing courtyard. Very well equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two pretty bedrooms. One spacious double room with king size bed. Further twin bedroom. Tiled, modern bathroom with shower over bath and W.C.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: Saturday changeover day. TV, DVD. HI FI. Electric oven and hob. Washing machine/dryer. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Dishwasher. Bed linen included. Travel cot and high chairs available for hire at £10.00 per item. Double glazed windows. Gas central heating. No pets. No smoking. Although the cottage does not have a private parking space there is unrestricted roadside parking nearby and the long stay town car is a ten minute walk along the esplanade on Manor Road. Weekly tickets are £23.00, they can be bought at the machine in the car park and cover any East Devon Council car park.

The resort was very fashionable in the 1800s ad was visited by Queen Victoria in her youth as well as the Grand Duchess of Russia in 1831. Today it is a sheltered suntrap, ideal for visitors of all ages, with great shopping, beautiful beaches and a charm of its own.
