Thank you for your review, we always appreciate feedback from our guests, for without being made aware of such issues we would not be able to make the necessary changes. We have made the company who are responsible for cleaning the apartment aware of the issues raised. We have also discussed with the adjacent hotel management the issue of accessing the apartment. We have been assured that both issues will be addressed and rectified accordingly.
Thank you once again for taking the time to let us know.

"An absolute pleasure to stay here"
I was slightly apprehensive as there were only two reviews, though both were excellent. However, as soon as we stepped into the apartment it was apparent there was no need to worry. It was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed The beds were very comfortable and it has a large bath, a rarity these days'.The apartment is a minutes walk from the town and it overlooks the Esplanade. We would recommend The Anchor and ate there most evenings - it's just a few minutes walk and has a restaurant at the back for those, who like us, don't enjoy eating in a bar. I wish I hadn't discovered the Clock Tower Cafe in Connaught Gardens - the cakes were delicious and very reasonably priced but not good for the waistline! I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. We will definitely be returning.
