Accommodation comprises sitting room with feature Victorian open grate in marble surround. Charming separate dining room with oak wood strip flooring and fireplace with wood burner and overlooks rear patio garden.
Shaker style kitchen with large picture windows overlooking the patio area. This includes a 'snug' area leading through French doors to the patio.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. One with king-size bed and spacious en-suite shower room and WC, one with twin beds and one spacious single room. Main bathroom comprises modern white suite with shower over bath and WC.
Stairs to the second floor landing open into single and double bedrooms with sloping ceilings and large tilt and turn velux windows with lovely views over town and Sid Valley. 2nd TV and dvd in 2nd floor bedroom-great for the children who love this area leaving the adults the downstairs sitting room to themselves!!

The East Devon coast is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty and a World Heritage Site - one of the great natural wonders of the world. This coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, is the only natural world heritage site in England.
Sidmouth 'the jewel in East Devons crown' is an unspoilt regency coastal town with lovely period buildings. It is in a magnificent setting in a beautiful valley between Peak Hill and Salcombe Hill.
It has many sports facilities including indoor swimming pool, sailing, windsurfing, tennis, bowls, croquet, pitch and putt, rugby, stunning cricket ground and fabulous golf course with spectacular views. It offers a variety of interests to old and young alike.
In addition there is a cinema and theatre producing a summer season of plays.
The award-winning floral display at Connaught Gardens is a must, as are the coastal walks.
Sidmouth Folk Festival held each year in August is an international event and must be seen and experienced to be believed.

I stayed at Osbourne House with my partner, our six year old and 5 other friends. The house was wonderfully equipped for all of our needs. From lovely rooms with power points all in the right places, to great kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and just wonderful consideration from the owners re the comfort and ease of the guests. Great central location for beach and shops. What can I say - thanks Osbourne House for a lovely Sidmouth experience.

"Great family holiday in good Sidmouth town house"
Beautiful house. Well equipped. Excellent location, within 2 minute walking distance of town centre amenities. Owner was very pleasant, with excellent communication and even croissants on arrival!
The only downside was car parking. There is limited on-street parking for non-residents close by, but spaces are hard to come by in mid season and the local traffic wardens diligent.
Overall we loved our stay and would, despite the parking, recommend this accommodation to others.
