About the home

Weston lies conveniently in the heart of the Jurassic Coast an area of outstanding natural beauty, offering glorious sea views from the grounds and providing an ideal base for exploring local beaches, villages and other visitor attractions.It is also in a rural setting so ideal for walking holidays or for animal lovers, the Donkey Sanctuary is just a few minutes walk.
The bungalow has 2 bedrooms one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a kitchen/dining,living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob,fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave.
The living area, bedrooms and small hallway have electric heaters and the bathroom has electric fan heater.
The large bathroom has w.c, bath with shower over and wash basin and electric fan heater.
Electricity is paid for by £1 coins
There are only 58 bungalows on the village many of them privately owned.

Weston is surrounded by numerous footways and quiet country lanes including scenic coastal walks to the sea at Weston Combe.The fishing village of Beer, the peaceful and picturesque Branscome, and the friendly seaside town of Sidmouth are only a few minutes away by car... Sidford is about two miles away and has a post office and village stores and a good number of eating places including a fish and chip shop. Waitrose Supermarket is about 6 minute drive away. Sidmouth has a lovely indoor swimming pool.

The bungalow is ideally situated for exploring the coastline of Devon and Dorset, visiting the beautiful city of Exeter and the glorious moorland of Dartmoor.

There is a built in oven, hob, and microwave and a new kitchen sink and worktop. There are electric heaters in each room.

Small patio area outside patio doors with own private bench seat. Large grassed area in front of bungalow which is ideal for young children to play whilst you sit watching and relaxing.
Clothes drying line at rear of bungalow.

Duvets and pillows are provided as standard. Bed linen is available at a cost of £10 per double and £5 per single bed.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday.
The bungalow is available from 4p.m and departure is by 10am

The West Country / Devon region

The village is on the beautiful Jurassic coast - breathtaking views.
Visit all the many seaside resorts such as Sidmouth, Exmouth (has plenty of water sports) Seaton and into Dorset the beautiful Lyme Regis. Only and hor drive from WEYMOUTH to visit the SAILING venue for the 2012 OLYMPICS.
There are many quaint fishing villages nearby to visit.
In the city of Exeter just 12 miles drive away is the beautiful cathedtral, a museum and plenty of shopping.
20 miles away is the Dartmoor National Park - just over and hour drive you will be able to visit the area where the film 'WARHORSE' was filmed and visit the zoo which the film 'WE BOUGHT A ZOO' was based on

Places to visit include The Sidmouth Donkey sanctuary, Pecorama at Beer (Model railway), Seaton Tramway,
Bicton Park, Otterton Mill, Creally Adventure Park.
Sidmouth Folk Festival takes place in August.
In The town of Sidmouth there is a swimming pool, tennis courts etc (view www.ledleisure.co.uk) Weekly carpark ticket for East Devon area approx £18 from tourist information offices or can be bought at ticket machines in cash.

Thanks for a great time.
Just had to phone and say how my wife and I have gone home completely relaxed.
The new updates to the bunglow since my last visit really made a difference to our stay. the new beds/bedrooms and bathroom fit in with the style of the bunglow and it was nice to come back to after a day out. thanks again and we will be sure to book again.
