A charming cottage located in the heart of Sidmouth town centre within a short level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach with its long esplanade. The cottage has been completely refurbished to a very high standard with quality furnishings and tasteful colour schemes throughout. The owner has given much time and care to provide a top quality holiday cottage which is a real delight to spend time in.
ACCOMMODATION: Comfortably furnished living room with feature fireplace and gas wood burner effect fire. Very well equipped kitchen with quality appliances and equipment. Back door to really pretty enclosed rear courtyard with patio furniture, a real suntrap for the afternoon and evening sun. From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor. Beautiful and spacious double bedroom with some fitted bedroom furniture. Tiled white bathroom suite with shower over bath, wc and hand basin. On the second floor there is another spacious twin bedroom, with lovely views over the roof tops, this room does have sloping ceilings!
The cottage does not have its own private parking space but there are some roads nearby where there is unrestricted roadside parking. You can however pull up to unload in front of the cottage. There is a large long stay car park about a 10 minute walk along the seafront, where you can purchase a weekly ticket for £23.00
27 - Sept -13 - It's been such a pleasure staying at this delightful cottage. The welcome goodies so appreciated after a long drive! The location of Seagull Cottage is perfect for exploring Sidmouth and for the coastal path walk. It's so comfortable and well-equipped. Really looking forward to a return visit. Christine, Oxford.

30 - Aug - 13 - Thank you for a wonderful week. The cottage is lovely, the attention to detail in the finish made a huge difference. The location close to town and beach is perfect and the sunny weather was a blessing for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Parking tip - for free parking go over the Ford, turn right then take 2nd right into Salcombe Hill Road. This is about a 4 minutes walk away. Taylor Family, Hartley Wintney.
