Four Seasons is a brand new, recently completed development of luxury, highly specified apartment blocks, all two storey, and well detached from each other. They are all set in mature gardens.
The site comprises eight blocks (A - H) built around one huge communal pool/bar/restaurant with a smaller pool in support. The site is very private, being surrounded by walls with 24 hour security. Particularly recommended for families with young children, residents are served by a main restaurant and a pool side cafe/bar with generous opening hours. This Four Seasons apartment is in the furthest block next to the main restaurant and closest to the fully equipped gymnasium, play area and tennis court.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Ilica is a small village, just off hte main D400 motorway. The nearest beach is at Kumkay (3 kilometres) with the main resort of Side some 6 kilometres away. Side is one of Turkey's most famous resorts, with fabulous archaeological sites dating from Roman times as well as superb beaches with water sports and plentiful restaurants and shops.
Side / Ilica area
A new golf course, Lykia Links, has just opened approximately 8 miles away, with a dozen or so further on at Turkey's premier golf resort Belek. Belek is 16 miles (26 kilometres) from Four Seasons. To visit Antalya city the journey is 60 kilometres, whilst the historic town of Alanya is 75 kilometres away.
How to get there
Flight into Antalya Airport. Car hire, or coach, or taxi out of airport onto main motorway - dual carriageway D400, signposted to Alanya. Approximately 30 miles, look for a sign left for ILICA. Turn left here, under a large stone archway, straight on to a roundabout (500 metres), turn right, then immediately left up to the FOUR SEASONS. There is a manned security gate entrance. Approximately 1 mile off D400. Alternatively the owner can arrange a transfer for you direct from the airport.

Further details outdoors: The landscaped gardens are of a high standard, with mature palm trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants all carefully tended. The sun terrace and small pool is within 50 metres of the apartment. There is parking outside E Block where the apartment is situated. The apartment has two balconies.
