This Exclusive ground floor villa style apartment is set in the prominent district of Kemer in the heart of Side . In gated mature garden complex of only 4 units of 2 apartments it offers peace and tranquility yet only 2 minutes away from bars, pubs and restaurants and a vast selection of local supermarkets. Offering an ideal location for the perfect family holiday in Side. 10 minutes walk to all beaches and old town harbour of Side.

"Just a big thank you for the rental of your apartment in Side. It is a wonderful place, very tidy, clean and quiet. There appeared to be only 3 other apartments used, so we had a vitual private pool etc. The neighbors were very friendly, and very helpful. We had a great time in Side, went to the quiet beach every day, and was collected from the apartment and returned by Salhi, he got to know us very well, and even kept an eye on my daughter and her friend late at night , at his bar/restaurant in the town. Buses and Taxis were just up the road, and very cheap. We would certainly recommend your apartment to our friends, and may well be booking again in the near future. Once again thanks for the use of the apartment, it is one of the best we have stayed in all over Europe for the last 15 years."

The Mediterranean Coast region

Turkey's Mediterranean coast is synonymous with turquoise sea, sun and blue skies, and has a wealth of ancient remains. Originally colonized by the Greeks and later ruled by the Romans, the region is littered with well-preserved classical sites. However, Hittites, Seljuks, Ottomans, Armenians and even the Crusaders have all left their distinctive imprints upon these shores.

The Side area

Side is an ideal place to take in ancient ruins, beaches and shopping without venturing too far afield. It is a haven for shoppers, with its leather, jewellery and souvenir stores and many bars and eateries in Summer. Side retain its village charm, its monuments lend discipline and historic value to the narrow streets. At sunset, the marble columns and re-erected pediments of the temples of Apollo and Athena frame superb views of the Gulf of Antalya. Around the temples is a basilica, built later in the contrasting rough aggregate stone. The Medusa heads of the friezes date from the 2nd century AD. Almost entirely freestanding is Side's large theatre built in the 2nd century holding outdoor concerts in the Summer. Between Side and Antalya lies the purpose-built golfing resort of Belek with its four 18-hole courses operated in close partnership with excellent golf professionals who speak a variety of languages.

The flight is approx 4 hours from the UK with the nearest airport to the apartment being Antalya International. This airport is open all year round and is served by all the main UK airports and is about 35 miles, approx 45 mins drive away from the apartment.

Airport transfers to the apartment can be arranged for an additional cost of £70 (for up to 4 people, each additional person is charged at £5 GBP on way) for larger families/groups price on request. This is your return fee and you will be greeted by a representative from Kaya Homes in an air conditioned people carrier.

“lovely apartment on very quiet complex.” the apartment was really lovely. All what you needed. Complex lovely and small. 8 apartments. Had the pool to ourselves. Quiet location, being 15 minutes to Side beach (walk). Would recommend this apartment.

“Absolutely fabulous apartment” The apartment is well situated. The pool is amazing. Bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk. I think the walk to the harbour is longer than 10 minutes but the dolmus is very regular and the return journey runs until 1.00pm. The only improvement I would recommend would be a confirmation card left at the apartment informing you of time of collection for return to the aiport (if you booked transport with them). I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. The only other downside that there was no clean linen to change the double bed - but what a bed - superkingsize. Thank you
