This stunning 5 * Apartment is situated on the 2nd floor overlooking the main pool area and will accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably and is fully air-conditioned / heated throughout. Suitably ideal for couples, families or those keen golfers.
This private complex is set in landscaped gardens which are beautifully maintained, has a superb outdoor pool with feature bridge, separate children's pool and indoor heated pool which is open for use all year round. Courtesy sun loungers and parasols are provided for your use. Their is also an air-conditioned fitness room, games room with WiFi access and a mini club to keep the children entertained, all of which are protected by 24 hour security. There is also a dining area on the balcony for those evenings you wish to dine alfresco whilst overlooking the main pool area and Toros Mountains.
Free shuttle services to and from the beach are provided for those guests staying at Oasis.

The Mediterranean Coast region
The beauty of the Mediterranean coast is the sunshine and glorious temperatures....hot hot hot in the summer gloriously warm in spring and autumn with December and January still staying mild: temperatures rarely drop below 15 degrees c.
This section of the coast is known as the Turkish Riviera and rightly so with its rich culture, history and ruins, glorious scenery and 300 days a year sunshine. An area of outstanding natural beauty the region has become a paradise for sunbathing, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, mountain climbing, horse riding and golf., the 12 championship golf courses of Belek are just a short drive away. Side / Manavgat area
Side (pronounced sea-day) is an ancient Roman town and lies 60 km (45 mins drive) from Antalya airport. It boasts unspoilt coastlines of sandy beaches and turquoise waters. It is located between two major resorts Antalya and Alanya, both of which are worthy of a visit. With it's magnificent Amphitheatre that still operates during the main summer months to hold numerous concerts and shows. It really is easy to see why this is one of the major archaeological attractions in this remarkable country.
Side has a wonderful atmosphere with lots of water front bars and romantic restaurants to choose from, vibrant shops weaving between the ancient cobbled streets and temples. Walk among the temples, stroll along the beaches and visit clubs built into the ruins of Roman buildings, it really is an outstanding place to visit.
The locals of Side are extremely good-natured and friendly, they will make you feel completely welcome.
Some beach restaurants will offer free sunbeds and parasols along with a free bus service to and from Oasis apartments, as long as you dine/drink with them.
The golf resort of Belek is situated 25 minute drive away and easy to find. It is fast becoming one of the premier golf resorts in Europe having hosted several PGA events. Courses are designed by Faldo and Montgomerie and offer the keen golfer a fabulous day out. There are further plans to build yet another championship golf course.
Side really does have something for everyone.
How to get there
The flight is approx 4 hours from the UK with the nearest airport to the apartment being Antalya International. This airport is open all year round and is served by all the main UK airports and is about 35 miles, approx 45 mins drive away from the apartment.
Airport transfers to the apartment can be arranged for an additional cost of £70 (for up to 4 people, each additional person is charged at £5 GBP on way) for larger families/groups price on request. This is your return fee and you will be greeted by a representative from Kaya Homes in an air conditioned people carrier.

* A clean of the apartment prior to your arrival is included within the overall rental price. If you require a clean/bed linen change half way through your holiday this must be requested at time of booking and will be added to your overall rental cost. Approx £25- £35 GBP depending on volume. * Welcome packs are available for an additional £10, this includes, tea, coffee, water, milk, bread, butter, eggs, toilet roll. Please request at time of booking so this can be added to overall rental cost. * English speaking representatives from Kaya Homes are available to assist you should you require anything or have any queries. A list of contacts will be provided upon rental confirmation within your information pack. * There is another apartment for rent, ground floor, 1 bedroom (but sleeps 4), please enquire for availability.
Conditions
Strictly non smoking.
A refundable security deposit of £100 will be required at the time of final balance payment, to secure against any breakages, damage to the apartment and the return of the keys upon departure. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure date (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A non- refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.
The balance will be due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
Rental rates are fully inclusice of laundry service pre and post holiday.
Cancellation rates: Over 6 weeks notice, full balance payment refund. 4-6 weeks notice, 50% of balance payment refund. 2-4 weeks notice, 25% of balance payment refund. Less than 2 weeks notice, no refund.
Payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer is acceptable.
