This large modern luxury apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a large lounge/dining room, full cooking facilities and has three balconies. The south facing lounge balcony looks towards the sea and is perfect for outside dining or relaxing with a drink. The master bedroom has a good sized balcony which overlooks the swimming pool, children's pool and gardens.
Lots of colourful bars and restaurants are within a short walk and the beach is within walking distance or a short free bus ride away.
The Roman remains are always worth a visit and the old town (Antik Side) is a must for shopping and for buying gifts.

The Mediterranean Coast region
The Mediterranean region of Turkey is beach lovers paradise with miles of sandy beaches, an average of 300 days of sunshine, hot summers, and mild winters make it all year round resort. Antalya airport which can be reached from most major U.K airports is open all year.
The Antalya region offers everything you could ask for to make your holiday dreams come true, from the bustle of the shops and the sights of the big cities like Antalya and Alanya, the history of the many ancient Roman sites, to the coastal resorts like Side, this coast has it all.
Side area
Side (see-deh) is the main resort in this area and is where the old (and the very old) meets the new, we have the typical Turkish architecture sitting alongside the modern hotels and apartment complexes and the ancient historic Roman ruins of the Temple of Apollo and the beautifully preserved amphitheatre.
Bars and restaurants are in abundance and as well as typical Turkish food there are plenty of international restaurants serving food from all over the world. You can spend hours just wandering around the gift shops, clothes shops and jewellers in Side Old Town (Antik) and finish off with a quiet drink overlooking the old harbour.
The two main beaches of Side which are situated to either side of the old town peninsular, are golden sand and offer beach bars, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a number of water sports including para sailing, jet skis, pedallos, banana boats etc. A little bit further afield we can find horse riding, white water rafting, jeep safari and a water park.
For the more energetic and the sporty the superb international standard golf courses of Belek are only 30 mins down the road which means you can spend the morning on the golf course and the afternoon on the beach or by the pool and the evening in the bar.

25% Non-refundable deposit at time of booking to secure dates. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before your booked arrival date.
A security deposit of £100 is to be paid with the balance to cover breakages or loss. This deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of the end of your stay subject to a satisfactory inspection and return of keys.
Cancellation Refunds. Over 6 weeks, full balance payment refunded 4-6 weeks, 50% of balance payment refunded 2-4 weeks, 25% of balance payment refunded. Less than 2 weeks, no refund.
Holiday cancellation insurance recommended.
