Our ground floor apartment is set in a luxury complex in the village of Ilica. 'Four Seasons' is a brand new five star development in the hills a few kilometres from the busy and popular resorts of Kumkoy and Side. It is an ideal base for exploring the coast and mountains but has the unique quality of a range of facilities 'on-site' enabling our guests to just 'chill' round one of the two outdoor pools if you prefer. The apartment is ideal for families or couples.

The accommodation is light and spacious with a dual aspect and two balconies; one overlooks the pool, one, the breathtaking Taurus mountains. The larger balcony catches the sun in the evening and is thus perfect for al-fresco dining.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Ilica is an unspoilt Turkish village close to the Mediterranean coast. The ancient ruins of Side and the bustle of Kumkoy are easily accesible; so too are the ancient wonders of Aspendos, the cities of Antalya and Alanya and the natural beauty of the mountains, rivers, gorges and coastline. The weather is terrific all year round: hot in summer but also beautifully warm until October and from March onwards. Our apartment benefits from its location: plentiful shade and clear air.

Side / Ilica area

For serial shoppers: there's Manavgat market & town, plentiful outlet centres and Side Old town itself; all within a 10 kilometere radius.

For Culture vultures: there are a number of remarkable ancient sites locally and numerous day or half day excursions that can be booked locally.

For fitness fanatics: there are watersports galore down at the Med; 5 kilometeres away, plus white water-rafting, golf, horse riding, cycling and virtually any other sport you have a fancy for! And if that is not enough, there is the 'on-site' gym, sauna, indoor pool and jacuzzi.

And for scenic lovers, who just want to absorb the landscape: there are incredible mountains, lakes and villages; amazing rivers and canyons to explore on foot, by excursion or organise a taxi for the day; great value and real local knowledge.

All major hire companies are in Antalya airport; alternatively our guests can use our transfer facility to get to the apartment and then hire a car locally on a daily basis which is very convenient and usually cheaper: 'Four Seasons' is so relaxing, you may not want to be driving around every day!

Additional cost: transfer from Antalya airport is not included: if you wish to use our complex transfer facility it will cost approximately between £40.00 & £60.00 return depending on the size of the group.

There are no other hidden costs. Cleaning and laundy are included in the charge. If there are minor breakages, we would expect our guests to let us know.

Any major breakeages should be reported to the 'on-site' staff.
