About the home

This spacious luxury ground floor apartment is in a gated complex consisting of 4 blocks of 12 apartments and has 24 hour security, The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has 3 bedrooms and tiled floors throughout, it sleeps 6-8 people, has two shower rooms, open plan lounge and very well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The lounge area has satellite television, DVD player with film library and broadband connection, there is a dining table, chairs and sofas. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and well stocked with linen, towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. There is also an intergrated safe deposit box.

There is a terrace leading from the kitchen which is furnished for outside dining, two of the bedrooms lead on to a balcony with seating that catches the morning sun. There is a large outdoor swimming pool which incorporates a small children's pool, all set in landscaped gardens which are attended daily, there are sunloungers and parasols available, games room with free pool table, library, sauna and fully equipped fitness centre all for your use.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Away from the west coast of Turkey , you can find relatively unspoilt areas along the Mediterranean coast, beginning from the south of the splendid Taurus mountains, this coast offers the tourist beautiful scenery, sandy beaches, tranquil historical sites and attractive holiday facilities.

The Side area

Side (seeday) boasts 300 days a year sunshine, it is situated in the Antalya region of southern Turkey. Well known for its long and sandy beaches, which are about 25mins walk from the complex, however several free mini bus services do run to and from the beach every day and provide free free sun loungers to guests staying at Side Hill. Surrounding Side there is 7 miles of beach, the east beach and west beach, both are quite busy in the high season and offer many sports like para-sailing, water skiing, diving, fishing, boat tours etc.
The ruins of the ancient city mingle with the new and despite its development as a holiday resort it retains its own special atmosphere and charm. The bustling colourful streets leading down to the sea offer bargains galore, shops selling real and fake designer clothes, embroidery, lace, carpets, leather goods and wonderful jewellery. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. There is a taxi always outside the apartment entrance. Bikes can be hired 5minutes walk away.

Fly to Antalya airport, the apartment is just 50mins drive away. Cheap flights are available from Travel Republic, Flight savers, First Choice, Thomas Cooke etc. I can arrange transport to the apartment, 4 people £70 or 8 people £80, this is payable to the driver in Turkey and includes return transport to the airport.

We left information in the guest book and whilst I cant recall what we said you can of course use any of the content.
Overall was a lovely holiday.
Very hot even in mid June.
The apartment is well equipped and excellent value for money.
The pool area is lovely and very relaxing.
Security will call for the Free Bus to take you to the beach. The sun beds and umbrellas are free providing you purchase any drinks and food from the café/restaurant who are providing the free pick up and beds etc. Their prices are very reasonable. I think for a typical family for what you pay for light lunch ( burger and chips etc) it works out less that what you would pay for the beds and umbrellas in “ euroland”.

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before departure.

Bookings made less than 6 weeks before departure require full payment on booking.

On late bookings all cheques must clear before departure.

All breakages must be paid for.
