FIVE STAR LUXURY PENTHOUSE situated in one of the most popular areas of Side. The development is located in a quiet friendly neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches.
Leading from the main living area is a very large balcony ideal for catching the afternoon sun or for those evening pre dinner drinks. For those of you who enjoy eating alfresco there is an outdoor dining area and BBQ. The balcony has views over the pool and the Toros Mountains
The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, integrated washing machine, oven hob and extractor fan and plenty of storage cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, dinner service, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans. The open plan dining area has a dining table easily comfortable for seating six people for dinner.
This luxury two-bedroom penthouse sleeps six adults comfortably and is fully air-conditioned.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Side (pronounced See-day) is 45 minutes from Antalya airport. Side lies between two major resorts of Antalya and Alanya.
With its unspoilt coastline of long, sandy beaches, where there are plenty of watersports for both children and adults alike, this ancient Roman town, with its magnificent temples, and well preserved amphitheatre which is still used for concerts during the summer months, and harbour make it is one of the major archeological attractions in this beautiful country.
A stroll down the main street of Side looking at the vibrant shops, romantic restaurants and atmospheric bars, having a nice relaxing cocktail sitting at the waters edge, gives Side a wonderfully exotic atmosphere. As you walk among the temples, stroll along the beaches and visit clubs built into the ruins of Roman buildings, you will be filled with a sense of being in a very magical place whilst all the time the people of Side, with their good-natured friendliness, make you feel completely welcome. There are the Manavgat waterfalls, cruising the lake in the mountains, white water rafting, canoeing, historical tours, Safaris, cruises to the local islands, many types of water sports, ski resort, Dolphin Land where you can swim with dolphins and Aqualand the biggest water park in Antalya and its great night life quiet or busy and much more to cater for the whole family.
Some beach restaurants offer free sunbeds and parasols along with a free bus service to and from Oasis apartments.

The flight is around 4 hours from the UK the nearest airport to the apartment is Antalya International which is served by all the main UK airports and is about 35 miles, approx 45 mins drive away, also flights to Antalya are now all year round.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom consists of a king size double bed, 2 double wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The en-suite has shower, basin and WC. This bedroom also has its own small balcony for enjoying the early morning sun.
In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds, a double wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet.
The main bathroom has a large corner Jacuzzi bath, with separate shower, WC and washbasin and a large fitted vanity unit.
The apartment is fully furnished with two sofas in the living area, one of which is a double sofa bed, coffee tables and satellite TV enabling you to watch many British channels. The apartment is WI-FI compatible throughout.
Further details outdoors: The Oasis complex is beautifully landscaped with marble paths, plenty of open space, mature trees, flower beds, lawns, fountains and statues and is centred around a magnificent outdoor circular pool with feature bridge, free sun-loungers and parasols.
There is also a separate shallow children's pool. The heated indoor pool is made private from the outside by a waterfall feature and is open for use all year round, ideal for winter holidays.
The complex has 24-hour security and has an air-conditioned fitness room with weights, running machines, exercise bike and cross country runner, cafe-bar with pool table and table tennis, children's games area and free Wi-Fi.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.
The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A security deposit of £100 will be required (at the time of the balance payment) against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings.
Rental rates include a weekly linen change and clean. Additional laundry and cleaning services are available at an extra charge.
