Side's premier new development, set in a 5***** luxoury complex. Idilic 1st floor apartment furnished to a very high standard and set in an exclusive complex of similar apartments. We are sure your holiday with us will be everything you hoped for and more, whether your ideal holiday is peace and quiet or wall to wall activity.
THE APARTMENT
A large sunny open plan lounge/diner with the benefit of a flat screen TV and Satellite reception, DVD and CD. Comfortable seating for 6 is provided at the dining table and the lounge opens onto the largest of the 3 balconies which is furnished with contempory ratia table and chairs for al fresco living.

The master bedroom has the benefit of a double wardrobe, en suite and a balcony over looking the large pool and gardens, perfect for sipping a glass of 'champers' after a long day by the pool. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe with a private balcony overlooking the Taurus Mountains ideal for those roantic moments. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a large chest of draws.

There is a spacious family shower room with wash hand basin and toilet.

The well equipped kitchen has the benefit of a large fridge/freezer, intergrated washing machine and dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob and includes all the necesities that you would hope for whether preparing a simple al fresco meal for 2 or a huge banquet for all your family and friends.

Sleeps 7 in comfort, 2 double beds, 2 single beds and a comfortable camp bed with thick matress. It would be possible to put an extra person on the comfortable settee.

The Mediterranean Coast region

There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the beach, Old Side (Seeday), Kumkoy and Migros (the supermarket) for guests staying at Four Seasons (not running between 1st January to beginning of April 09) or you may use the local buses that arrive regularly.

THE WEATHER
The average temperature of Side varies from a minimum of 15 ° C in January to a maximum of 34 ° C in July and August. Best seasons to travel around are autumn and springs, but winters are also very popular among tourists as there are an average of 5 hr of sunshine and temperature are not below 15 ° C.

Belek is 30 minuets drive away and benefits from 8 CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF courses. Belek was chosen as Europe's golf destination in Europe this year (2008) by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.

The Roman ruins of Side boast three temples including the 4 remaining pillars of the Apollo Temple overlooking the Harbour, an aqueduct, and a nymphaeum (a grotto with a natural water supply dedicated to the nymphs). The Aspendos amphitheatre was constructed in the Hellenistic period and is the largest of Turkey. Some of the opera, ballet, musical concerts are held here in the month of June and July seating p to 15000. Turkish archaeologists have been excavating Side since 1947.

Magnificent water falls at Manavgat, the protected Sorgun forest, wide and long sandy beaches on both side of the peninsula with the protected Turtle beach tothe west side, the coastline offers you infinite adventures including paragliding, water-skiing, jet sking, scuba diving ,dolphin watching, fishing, boat tours, quad biking etc. and for the less energetic days, Turkish baths and massages.
And of course…….
Many nearby restaurants bars and nightclubs including Turkeys largest open air nightclub the ‘Oxyd’. The shops have great bargains open till late

How to get there

FLIGHTS
The nearest airport is Antalya, approx 45 mins drive.
There are many airlines that fly to Antalya, but so far we have found the follwing two to be the cheapest;

The flight is approx 4hrs and Turkey is 2 hours ahead of Britain.

TRANSFERS
We can organise airport transfers at £35 each way for up to 4 eople or £45 for 5 or more people.

CAR HIRE
We used 'Smile' car rental, they have a wide variety of cars available and have agreed a special rate for our clients of just 23 euros a day. Just mention 'Paterson @ Four Seasons' when you contact them. If you prefer they can deliver to the airport, although I suggest that you don't drive from the airport the first time that you visit. Petrol is around the same price as it is in Britain.

LOCAL TRANSPORT
There are local busses that are very cheap and they go just about anywhere. Taxis can work out quite expensive, but there is a free shuttles bus that runs to and from the complex every 2 hours which goes to the shopping areas, banks and beaches. (runs until end December and starts up again in April)

The complex is centred around a magnificent pool and set in beautifully landscaped gardens. There is 24-hour security, allthough the crime rate in Turkey is very low. The café bar (with Wi~Fi) and outdoor pool bar will be open in April 09.

Both the outside and the indoor swimming pools have ample number of sun lounges and parasols (outdoor only). The air-conditioned gym is well equipped with both cardio and weights and has great views over the surrounding countryside. Also available is table tennis and tennis courts.

This is a brand new complex which is generally occupied by the apartment owners who are mainly British. The aproach road to the complex is rough at present but it is expected to be re-surfaced by April 09. The developers of this site are also building a sister development next door, however all the heavy building work is now complete with building completion expected in early 09, it isn't expected to detract from your enjoyment of Four Seasons, but we are mindful of this and it is reflected in the discounted price until Easter 09.

Refundable £150 security deposit required with final balance payment.

Wow, what can we say? The apartment was great, the weather was perfect and the complex is 1st class. The staff are very friendly and go out of thier way to help you including carrying you bags and phoning for taxis, anything you ask for. Will definitely be returning with our friends in 2009.
