there are bars shops and restaurants within 2 min walk of the apartments ,the beach is only ten min walk ,also within walking distance is the towncentre with plenty of restaurants and bars, filled with friendly people who take time out to make sure you enjoy your holiday. There are also markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays where you can pick up some bargains.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Side is situated on the southern coast of Turkey, about 45 minutes drive from Antalya airport. There are plenty of beautiful sandy beaches where you can soak up the sun! Side is famous for its Roman ruins and has a spectacular amphitheatre,which still holds concerts in the summer .
With 300 days of sunshine per year what more could you ask? The Turquoise Coast is the first place to think of when wanting a seaside vacation in Turkey. The beach has been awarded the prestigious blue flag and the several mile long beach is renowed for its clear waters.
Side area
Side is a beautiful and unique place. It is a modern seaside resort with a harbour that has a good choice of bars and restaurants to sit and relax. There are discos, and a wide choice of shops and markets for you to take your pick from.
The old town of Side has ancient Roman ruins mixed between bars,restaurants and shops. The main part of town is pedestrinised so you can see all the wonderful shops with a bargain around every corner - just haggle! You can find all sorts on offer - designer jeans, t.shirts, bags galore, shoes, handcrafted embroidery, carpets and a wonderful selection of gold and silver jewellery. But don't be shy, haggle a price .
There is no shortage of places to go after the sun goes down and many bars are open til late. Stones bar near the temple of Apollo has a great atmosphere which makes it popular with the British and also does a great foam party which is not to be missed. The Club Apollo is a night club with good music to dance the night away. The resort's other night clubs are the Lighthouse by the harbour and Oxy, a large open air venue on the edge of town which features swimming pool and lazer show.
Side has a lot of things to offer. On the beach there is paragliding or banana boats jet skis and the more adventurous can try their hand at white water rafting, scuba diving, a jeep safari, horse riding or the aqua parks. The resort of Belek also has plenty of golf courses, so if you fancy a round then that's the place for you. There are also many site seeing tours to Alanya and Antalya, boat trips and market trips all booked easily and cheaply in the resort . Or you can just unwind and relax on the beach.
But above all it is the people - always putting themselves out to help and always friendly .

There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge freezer,dishwasher,oven+hob,iron+board etc. 1st bedroom double bed with storage under it ,wardrobe,bedside cabinets+dressing table doors leading to balcony with view of pool ,garden and waterfall. 2nd bedroom two single beds storage under beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, doors leading onto nice size balcony. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower also housing washing machine. All linen and towels included. Smoking only on the balcony please.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.
The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A security deposit of £100 will be required (at the time of the balance payment) against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

just like to say thanks for a lovely stay The apartment is beautiful and very spacious and the facilities were everything that we needed. It was very relaxing, with a lot of friendly people,the complex was lovely.We can highly recommend the apartment and all around. The area around the apartment is sweet and all you need is on your doorstep.
