Welcome to our 5* vacation home in the Mediterranean (south) coast of Turkey in an ancient town of Side (See-Day). This brand new and unique complex was built at the end of 2007.
It offers luxury, comfortable and spacious accommodation particularly suiting families or couples looking for a nice relaxing holiday. This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 people and is situated in the heart of the complex but not too close to the outdoor swimming pool so it still benefits from the quieter part of the development.
There is a large balcony with sliding doors and electronic shutters looking straight at the swimming pool and the waterfall feature.

The Mediterranean Coast region

It has an abundance of spectacular scenery, fantastic weather and some of the most hospitable people you could ever find. No wonder Turkey is one of the top holiday destinations in the world!
Side / Manavgat area
Side (pronounced See-Dey) is one of the best-known classical sites in Turkey and was an ancient harbour whose name meant pomegranate. Side is a resort town on the southern coast of Turkey near the villages of Manavgat and Selimiye and 75 km from Antalya, one of Turkey's largest cities.
There are colossal ruins of a theatre Complex, the largest of Pamphylia, built much like a Roman Amphitheatre and is almost as large, seating 15,000 - 20,000 people. It was converted into an open-air sanctuary with two chapels during Byzantine times.
The current remains of the theatre, which was used for gladiator fights and later as a church and the monumental gate date back to the 2nd century.
Concerts and shows still take place at the theatre during the summer.
Temples of Apollo and Athena were built in the second half of the second century A.D., these identical looking temples were dedicated to Athena (Side’s patron Goddess) and Apollo.
The complex is ideally situated and within 10 minutes walk you can get to the buses, taxis, local shops, bakery, restaurants and laundrette.
The old town of Side can be reached by walk at a leisurely pace in approximately 30 minutes, bus would take around 10 minutes and taxi approximately 5 minutes.
For shopping it's best taking a bus to the town of Manavgat where lots of bargains are to be found.
How to get there
The nearest airport to Side is Antalya, approx 45 mins drive from the apartments. The Antalya airport is now served by almost all the main UK airports and has flights all year round.
We can arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment for £70 (return) for up to 4 people. If airport transfer is required for more than 4 people than please get in touch for an individual quote. This is the best and most convenient method of getting from the airport to the apartment.
Car hire is available at the airport as well as in Side, but is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. There's also easy and regular access to Taxis and Buses, which are also reasonably priced.

We stayed in this apartment in June and had a lovely relaxing holiday. Fantastic apartment and complex, good security and everyone very helpful and eager to please. Facilities were great for us and two teenagers, clean and comfortable. We had excellent service from Shahid and the management company who were friendly and helpful. We were met at the airport and returned very efficiently. The beach, old town and restaurants were easily accessible by foot or free courtesy bus. Prompt return of deposit on our return.

Turkey we liked a lot: beautiful country, beautiful people, good food and lots of high positive things.
The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy. If I have to find a bad thing: I would say that there are really few pots for cooking, at least for an Italian family, but we noticed that there are no Italians in Side, and then ... all ok!
As agreements, we received 100 pounds.

We stayed in the apartment in December-January. We had great and relaxing holiday. It was so warm and homely! The area around the apartment is sweet and all you need is in the near. The apartment is perfect, it is comfortable, clean and in the best of taste! We had excellent service from Shahid and the management company who were so friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday and Shahid's apartment was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. The complex was great, lovely pool. Gym was really nice also.
The beeches are close by and were very nice, with a lovely breeze. We hired bikes and cycled around Side and got to see places you would not normally see by car or even foot. The garage was really handy to store the cycles overnight and we never had to worry about locking them up anywhere.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in Shahid's apartment for 3 nights during a longer road trip to Turkey. The apartment is just as described and is well-maintained, spacious and comfortable with everything in good working order. The Oasis complex is smart and very well managed with a 24/7 friendly security presence.
The customer service and communication throughout was exceptionally good - from the moment we made the initital contact with Shahid to the speedy resolution of a minor problem by his team at Oasis.
We had a car so did not need to use the Oasis beach shuttle or any local transport but all the Side attractions are only a few minutes drive away and walkable for the more energetic! We enjoyed the unique atmosphere of old Side with its shops, restaurants etc clustered within the romantic remains of the ancient port town.
We would certainly recommend this apartment and, in addition to its comforts, we doubt if anyone looking for a Side apartment will find better value!
