About the home

This stunning penthouse 3rd floor apartment will accommodate 6 adults in 5 star luxury. It is ideal for couples or families. The balcony spans the full width of the apartment and overlooks the beautiful pool and fountains and is ideal for that relaxing evening sun-downer. There is an en suite and additional balcony off the master bedroom over-looking the gardens.

The penthouse, situated on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, offers year round sunshine and is set in the ancient town of Side making it a fantastic base for your holiday. The old town, shops, restaurants and glorious sandy beach are all within level walking distance in this quiet friendly neighbourhood. For golfers the resort of Belek with 12 superb courses is only a 25 minute drive away as is the mannificent falls of Manavgat and the protected Sorgun forest.

This private complex set in landscaped gardens is centred around a magnificent outdoor pool with feature bridge and separate children's pool with the use of curtesy sun loungers and parasols. There is an indoor heated pool separated from the outside by a glass waterfall feature, which is open for use year round. An air-conditioned fitness room, games room which offers PC access and a mini club to keep the children entertained are all protected by 24 hour security.

There is a free shuttle bus to and from the beach exclusively for guests staying at the Oasis residence.

- There is a communal roof terrace to the centre of each building stairwell where you can sunbathe and take in the fantastic views.

Conditions

Strictly non smoking.

A security deposit of £125 will be required ( at the time of the balance payment) agains't breakages and the return of the key upon departure. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure date (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

A non- refundable deposit of £150 is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.

The balance will be due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Rental rates are fully inclusice of laundry service pre and post holiday apartment cleaning.

Cancellation rates:
Over 6 weeks notice, full balance payment refund.
4-6 weeks notice, 50% of balance payment refund.
2-4 weeks notice, 25% of balance payment refund.
Less than 2 weeks notice, no refund.

Please note the initial 25% deposit due at time of booking is non-refundable.

The Mediterranean Coast region

The beauty of the Mediterranean coast is the sunshine and glorious temperatures....hot hot hot in the summer gloriously warm in spring and autumn with December and January still staying mild: temperatures rarely drop below 15 degrees c.

This section of the coast is known as the Turkish riviera and rightly so with its rich culture, history and ruins, glorious scenary and 300 days a year sunshine. An area of outstanding natural beauty the region has become a paradise for sunbathing, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, mountain climing, horse riding and golf.

The Side area

Side (see-day) is an ancient Roman town and lies 60 km (45 mins drive) from Antalya airport and sits proudly on Turkey's turquoise coast on an unspoilt stretch of sandy beaches. With it's magnificent Amphitheatre, majestic temples and ancient harbour it is easy to see why this is one of the major archeological attractions in this remarkable country.

Side has a wonderful atmosphere with water front bars and romantic restaurants, vibrant shops weaving between the ancient streets and temples. The residents of Side make you feel extremely welcome and safe with their good natured friendliness; as you stroll along the beaches and visit bars set into the ancient roman ruins you will feel totally at ease in this truly unique special place.

The golf resort of Belek is situated 25 minute drive away and easy to find. It is fast becoming one of the premier golf resorts in Europe having hosted several PGA events. Courses are designed by Faldo and Montgomerie and offer the keen golfer a fabulous day out.

A Turkish Bath- this is an absolute must have during your stay- a wonderful couple of hours spent relaxing which will set you up for a truly fantastic tan and rub all your cares away ready to fully embrace your time on holiday!

Side really does have something for everyone- sunshine and swimming, watersports and walking, cruises and cuisine, golf and great night life....or simply relaxing the choice is yours for a fantastic holiday.

Antalya is the nearest airport which is approx 45 minute drive on a straight main road and is served by all the main UK airports.

Private transfer in air conditioned comfort to and from the airport can be arranged for £60 rtn (up to 5 people) or £90 rtn (up to 7 people).

Car hire is available at the airport as well as in Side, although it is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. However it is recommended if you wish to play golf or explore sites further out.
