Side Villa is a luxurious complex of 10 villas set in a quiet peaceful location, only a short drive from both the beach and Side's historic town center. Having completed our third successful summer of rentals, we currently have 4 villas available for short term and long term rental.
Built in 2008, our luxury villas are finished to the highest standard of quality. The villas are ideal for families, comfortably sleeping 8 adults. The complex has three swimming pools, with the patio area of each villa opening up to a private section of the swimming pool.

The villa has its own private parking space. Finishings include marble floors, airconditioning in every room, a fully fitted kitchen including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, heated water boiler, washing machine, and exterior sun/security shutters. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are also provided for self catering.
Further details
A non refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. Please note no teenagers unless accompanied by adults.
Bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival require full payment on booking.
In addition, a security deposit of £100 will be required against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The deposit will be refunded immediately after inspection.
Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings. Please inquire for further details.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided. Rental rates include a weekly linen change and pre-arrival- and after-departure cleaning of the house. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra charge. We can arrange your airport transfer for you as well. Please inquire if interested.
Please note that the villa is strictly non smoking but smoking is permitted on the terraces. Pets are generally not allowed in the house but please inquire as we are flexible.
The Mediterranean Coast region
Side is located on the tip of a large peninsular and boasts two stunning beaches. The history of this small fishing village goes back over 2000 years. The town and surrounding area are littered with ancient historical sites. The Romans and Hellenists are just a couple of the major civilisations that occupied the town at one time or another. Today the town is popular as a holiday spot that can offer visitors both entertainment and history.
The centre of Side offers a large variety of bars and restaurants. During the peak spring and summer months the centre is normally buzzing, especially after dark as people venture out to eat in the pleasant evening temperatures. Along the harbour is a selection of bars and restaurants that enjoy beautiful views of the sea and Side coast. Quaint cafes and places to eat can also be found in the smaller alleys of the town centre.
The Side / Kumkoy area
Side still offers a wide range of activities to keep visitors busy. At the local beaches it is possible to get involved in all types of water sports from scuba diving to sailing and paragliding. Near Side are a number of historical and natural sites providing plenty of opportunity for interesting day trips. Only ten minutes from Side town centre is Manavgat town where there is an array of shops and a weekely market. Manavgat is also popular for its beautiful waterfall which is another ten minute drive away.
An hour away from both sides of Side and you reach either Alanya or Antalya where shopping and more beaches can be enjoyed. Twenty minutes toward Antalya is Belek, where golfers can leisure in a choice of five golf courses. Near Side is Aspendos, a spectacular amphitheathre where large concerts and shows take place

The best way to arrive to the villa complex is to take a taxi from Antalya airport or if arriving to Side center, a taxi from there. Head towards the town Kumkoy on the main beach road and right before you arrive at the Aqua Mare Hotel you will turn right up a side street. At the end of that road you will see a sign posted Side Villa, turn right and you will reach the villa complex. Please contact us nearer the time of your arrival to discuss.
